How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The "deal" was for three rooms for $99 with a gift card to a restaurant that I have never heard of and $50 off another service, or 4 rooms for $99. When the man got here the first thing he said was that to get the dirt our it would be an additional $69 per room and $600 to polish the marble entry (less than 50 sq.ft.). I declined the additional $69 per room charge-are you kidding me? That would amount to an additional $276, or approximately three times the advertised price! My total bill was over $150. I could have done a far better job of cleaning for far less money by going to Tom Thumb and renting a cleaner. Although my carpet is cleaner than it was when he came in, it is far from being clean. I am completely disappointed and will not be calling Zerorez for future cleaning.

Upfront and quick. Your rep told me everything up-front and followed through with everything he told me he would do. The cleaning time was quick about 1 hour. I have had other companies that took 1/2 a day to clean. Guess it's your high powered machines.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

You were suppose to be here at 8:30 pm on 5/30 and no one showed up until after 10:00 pm and then called me and said he was broke down and couldn't get anyone to answser his phone calls to tell him what to do. Said he would be back at 6:00 am but never showed. Finally after we contacted the company someone saw to it that the service got here which was about 8:30 am Friday. This was a big deal because we had a group of people coming in and everything had to be ready by 1:00 which by this time was impossible. The floor was not buffed just immediately started shampooing.When close to being finished they put brown paper down over the floor, which was suppose to be done the night before so that it could dry some before morning, in order to keep wheel chairs from making marks on the floor. By this time my investors were here, the brown paper came up and now we have tracks everywhere. The front area wasn't even finished.

I have never had issues before but this time was a whole different story. I know it was last minute but I had scheduled someone else to clean all of the carpet and when your rep came by he assured me Zerorez was able to do it so I cancelled the other cleaning. This was probably with of the most stressful situations I have ever been put in and I don't feel that we should be charged the total amount that we were charged considering what ya'll put us through.

The service was a great deal and i had already been sold on your company. Until the serviceman kept trying to sell us on the pet stain treatment. I told him not to worry about that we are replacing the carpets anyways. I guess he is interested in a promotion to sales because he would stop trying to sell the pet treatment even though i told him it wasnt gonna happen. After the service i never recieved the invoice. I call to ask for the orginal and had horrorably customer service.

What could we do to improve?

The technician was very courteous and professional and did a wonderful job. However, I am not very pleased with the estimating process since I was given one price over the phone then quoted a higher price on site. This is not the technician's fault, more than likely an oversight on the part of customer service. I've used dalworth in the past and they have always honored the price given online or over the phone, regardless of room dimensions. I went with your company because I like the cleaning process and not using chemicals. Overall a good job.

I haven't had my carpet look and feel so clean like it does after you all have done my carpet. I also find that little stains are very easy to remove. I will be calling you again at some point.

The time your employee took to explain all the processes offered, I had a filthy carpet with multiple pet stains. I can walk barefoot now , it feels like new!

The carpets looked very nice. My entryway tile needed to be mopped after, which I have never had to do after a carpet cleaning. Shoe prints and a dusty residue.
