The product is great but we have used you a few times and we will NEVER have anyone but Roy Alltop come out and do our carpets. He is so knowledgeable and gave us so many suggestions for your next visit. He sold us on several of your other products that we will get next visit. You need to clone him because the other service personnel that we have had with your company does not even come close. In fact he is coming to my in-laws house tomorrow to do their carpets. The product speaks for itself but the employee is one of the nicest and most knowledgeable person I have ever meet. We loved him and will not take any other person. We will wait for him. Thanks for having such a great product and caring and knowledgeable employee.

What could we do to improve?

The carpets were cleaned very well; even most of the old spots came out. The serviceman was very forthcoming and explained everything
he was doing and suggested other services (which I did not want or need.)He cleaned up after himself very well, too.

My only problem is with your pricing. When I called I asked for the 4 rooms for $99 special and the lady said that was no longer available-
the price was 3 rooms for $99, plus $33 for an extra room. The very next day after I had my carpets cleaned (June 13) there was an ad in the newspaper for Zerorez Carpet Cleaning- 4 rooms for $99! I was also surprised to be charged an extra $25 for the dressing area of the master bedroom.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The service tech was professional and curtious. No problems there. Our carpets came out
wonderful. I was very disapointed with how our kitchen tile turned out. I was expecting a shine to them after applying the sealant. I see no difference in our tile at all. The
grout is cleaner, but I was really expecting more from what I was told and have heard . It
was a LOT of money to not see a big difference. Very dissapointed with tile, but pleased with carpets.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

First, your special you advertise on the radio is deceptive. I got the $99 3 room special with supposedly $50 off for other cleaning and $50 gift certificate from you guys at a Brazilian Steakhouse, this was advertise on the radio with Tony Zazza? when you technician got to my house (Jamaal & not sure what his name was). I felt like he was just a sales man trying to upcharge other cleaning stuff you guys do. His partner did not introduce himself at all? when I decline other services that cost up to $380 he seem to just clean the carpet okay only? trying to upcharge for addl pet stain and cleaning my sofa for an ridiculous amount? Kept on trying to sell other stuff when i have already decline to do so. I was very upset and I let him know about it when he was there. Please be upfront when people call in to ask if certain stains can be removed, don't LIE to the clients just to get them into their house and have your cleaner (salesman)make pitches and asking people MANY times for extra cleaning for your UPCHARGE!

The tech, Bryan, worked hard. The carpeting looked good. I just can't say that the money spent on the tile floor was worth the expense. We did the work with the expectation that the grout would come clean. I can't tell the difference in over half the flooring.

I had bought a used car that had horrible stains on the floor board carpets. Roy was surprisingly able to get them out and now the carpet looks like new. The cleaning was AMAZING!

My carpet was cleaned quickly and there is no residue. The service technicians were respectful and mindful of my needs. The carpet is unbelievably clean! There was no mess and I am very pleased. I will recommend this Company to everyone. Thanks!

Having a baby crawling around on the floor, its nice to know that our carpets are clean without leaving behind a lot of chemical residue. We have berber carpet in our office, I could easily see the difference the cleaning was making as the technician was working so I know it was worth it.

We paid $600 more in addition to the basic carpet wash to get rid off pet stains and the treatment was not able to remove them. I had higher expectations of the service and I am very disappointed. My total bill was $945 and carpet looks almost the same as it was before the cleaning, only certain spots were cleaned OK. To make things better for me, will be if zerorez sends a tech back to clean those stains or get a discount from what I paid.

The cleaner did not move the nightstand in my guest bedroom and clean underneath it as I asked. The cleaner did not suck the water out of my carpet and the carpets are still wet 25 hours after the cleaning.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

This was a re-call visit and it did go better than the first time. This technician took one look at the dining room chairs and could see why I asked you to come back out. He actually cleaned 1/2 of a chair, took a photo of it and sent the picture of the vast difference (before and after) to the original technician. My chairs look great now. I don't know what happend with the first time. This second technician was very good.
