The devil is in the details. The carpets look great. I am pleased with an eco friendly carpet service and product. Despite calling twice to ask for someone to call me before showing up during the 2 hour window, I received no notice and someone showed up on my doorstep at exactly 6pm. Technicians were friendly, professional and hardworking.
BUT, because everything was electronic, I did not see the $10 fuel charge before the invoice was paid. I also ended up purchasing 4 gallons of empowered water which the technician did not leave before he left. I had to call multiple times and finally with the 3rd call, I've been promised (again the correct amount of the product I purchased). I also had to follow-up with the extra gift-card that was offered with my package in order to receive it over email.
There seems to be some lack of follow-through. I want to use this company again and I hope these issues can be addressed within your companys so that others don't experience something similar.

Loved how long the lines in the carpets stayed. The service tech that came out offered to run over sections a second time. Did not leave until we were completely satisfied. The only negative was it took a very long time for the carpets to dry.

This carpet was in horrible condition. We priced the house to reflect that the carpet will need replacing. We needed it clean enough that people could see the house. Zerorez got out most of the stains and the odor. It looks so much better than I anticipated. Thank you.

Did not show up within the time window I was given....it was too late in the evening when tech called with 30 min arrival estimate. Prices for. Rea rugs are too high.

Clean carpet that is under furniture. For the price, cleaning around everything should be cheaper- especially since you measure square footage!!!!

No one has called us back about the filter we had to re order. My husband ended up calling the filter place directly to re order the correct size and we STILL don't have it. You have our $100 and we still don't have a filter. It's been too long in my opinion and we are not pleased. I hope we get it before we leave on vacation in a few days or you will have some very unhappy customers.

I was VERY excited to try Zerorez! But I never got to use your services. I called on Monday June 10th. Got an appointment for Thursday June 13th. The time window was 4-6:30. At 6:30 the dispatcher called and said the young man (Brandon - I believe) was finishing up in DeSoto. He had about 30 more minutes of work there and would head my way. That would put him at my house around 7:30. He did not arrive by 7:30. By 8:00 pm I started calling the dispatch. They did not answer. At around 8:30 Brandon called and said his GPS said he would be there by 9:00 pm. I had already told everyone in the house that I was getting the whole house cleaned and they could just come home around 7:30 or 8. If he came at 9:00 it would be at least 10:30 PM!! Regretfully I told him I couldn't do it that late. Everyone needed to get in bed for work the next morning. Dispatch called at 7:00 am the next morning and said that the only other time they could do was Saturday evening around the same time. I had already moved as much furniture and stuff out in the garage and on the front AND back porches!! I couldn't wait that long. So after hanging up with him I started calling everyone locally that cleaned carpets and took the first one who could come. The carpets look better but his machine was older than he was and some parts didn't dry for 24 hours. I am just disappointed! I REALLY wanted to try Zerorez!
Remember to get the carpet under the doors. Have clean carpet until you open the doors and see small strips of dirty carpet remaining.
I called zerorez because of a promotion on the radio. I was supposed to get a $50 gift card to a restraunt in addition to $50 towards another zerorez service. I only got the latter and was told I'd recieve the gift card in the mail, it never came.
As far as the actual cleaning goes, I was disappointed to see that not only the spots in my bedroom were "a little difficult" (meaning they didn't budge- each one had a different excuse,) but the spot in the hall has already very clearly reappeared. Very disappointing.
The technician was friendly and very informative. Great job! Our older carpet looks new again!
