Like the fact that there are no chemicals left behind.
The technicians were knowledgeable of the product and services. They explained the process thoroughly. They techs were professional and clean. The technicians were Devon, quite the worker and Joseph, quite the salesman! In fact they explained the other services offered by the company and I agreed to most of them just as soon as my budget will allow. I'm just sorry I couldn't reward them with a gratuity, I tried to stall them till the wife gets home with some cash.....but I will remember them next time!

The guys that came were very accomodating. The carpeting smells and feels great. They took care of all the stains and even did my stairs as well as an area rug that I thought was beyond help due to my dog. Great job and I will definitely recommend.

The Tech, Randy, was very friendly and explained the product as he cleaned. Our floors and stairs look great and we were able to use the area within four hours. We love Zerorez!
My carpet is cleaner than it's been in probably 10 years. I'm a very thrifty person & I've always gone with what I thought was a better value - but they never came close to getting my carpet cleaned like Zerorez. In fact, we were seriously considering going to hardwood floors. So glad we didn't. I love my carpet now. Great job, Zerorez.

I love how courteous and thorough your technicians are. They cleaned our downstairs carpets last year. Those still look wonderful but we had them back for the upstairs playroom and stairs this year. I was amazed that they were able to get the grease stains out of the rug from my son's drum set. I had thought that was a hopeless cause, but now my carpet looks brand new.
Upstairs cola spots didn't come up. Radio ads say you get everything up. Very little furniture was in that room. Cleaner cleaned around the floor lamp, two chairs, toybox, and a speaker. None of it was heavy.
I think it is a superior type of cleaning, leaving no residue.

The representative of Zerorez that cleaned our carpets was top notch. He is 28 yrs old and a veteran who understands the value of hard work. He is managerial material in our opinion and with good corporate training will be very successful at whatever role is deemed appropriate for him. We were very impressed!!!
I did like the way the carpet felt afterwards ( when it dried ) I was disappointed that the water based paint stains in our son's room could not come out and that a pet stain did not fully come out. Other than that, I was pleased.
It cleaned well and the technician worked very hard.
