Everything was clean and it dried quickly. He actually showed us how gross the ducts were before cleaning them, and the cleanse of the AC coil was important since two people in my family have asthma.

This is my second time using ZEROREZ services. The first time last fall you did an incredible job. This last time last week was not as good. There were still dark spots left on the rug in the MBR. I mentioned it to the technician and he said he went over the area 4-5 times and its as good as it will get. He said it was the wear pattern in the rug. Not satisfied with that response as I have carpets that are older than the MBR Berber and it cleaned better than this area in question. So if that is the best you can do , I guess its the best you can do. But I don't think I could honestly recommend your company for the tough jobs as your ad suggest... because your best was not good enough in this case.

Everyone that has come out to clean our carpets have been very nice and professional.

I will say Chris Arthur was the last person to come out and clean on 7/24/13 and I was very impressed with him, he has been the only person to go back and vacuum up the dog hair that comes to the top after he cleaned... and the impressed me greatly!!

I like that there wasn't a chemical smell (left behind) and that the carpet didn't feel damp. (Please let me know when I will receive the $50 Brazilian steakhouse giftcard.)

No residue, professional and informative technician. Polite,efficient and when the technician left , the house was cleaner and I was aware of other services available that would help me maintain my home to be clean and sanitary.

Once again, they called immediately upon entering the house and tried to upsell me (on a 1 year old home with very little carpet problems). Then tried to charge me extra to clean the master closet. Closets are part of the room, and I was told in the past that they did it for free, so I had clarified that up front this time - that I would not pay extra for a closet. I had a $25 coupon, and I was told they would apply it to the $99 special, but instead they said they used it for credit on the master closet, even though I was told closet would be included at no charge. Fuel charge was added and now I have been billed over $117 instead of $99 less my $25 coupon. What a rip off.

The technician did not do want I expected. He did not explain anything, did not use a roller on the carpet prior to cleaning. This was no different than having my carpets cleaned by any other cleaning company. My traffic areas look horrible and its only been 2 weeks since the cleaning.

Needless to say I am very disappointed!

all stains were removed. floors were dry to the touch by the time you left. Price point was great.

The carpet looks almost new and is very clean and fresh-smelling. There is one coffee stain that reappeared the next day after the carpet was dry, but the pet stains are all gone, and that was my main concern.

The technician was very professional. I was, however, surprised by the $10 fuel charge - that was not mentioned when I asked about what the total charges would be.

I Know you guys do great work but the quote I was given was just much higher than I expected. 300+ dollars was a little out of my budget.

Price, just steamed

our area rug hadn't been cleaned in some time and was in pretty bad shape. I could've used a bit more guidance from Chris on how to get the carpet as clean as possible (i.e., if, after looking at the carpet, a recommendation that some type of cleaning solution should be used.) No chemicals or solvents were used, just the water and the carpet, although as clean as he could get it, was still a bit dingy looking after drying out.

Unfortunately, I was not able to use your services...I have a white sofa that was scheduled to be cleaned and I expressed a concern. My technitan took the time to test a cushion and from there I was able to determine that it was not going to remedy the problem.

I will ALWAYS work with a company with HONEST proffessionals.

I now I had a lot of pet stains however I was not prepared for the additional $300 and for the tech to tell me if I didn't do it my house would smell awful
