I loved how clean my carpets got without having to use harsh chemicals. Also, Earnest did a professional and awesome job!
Excellent service reps in AJ and Denon. Carpeting always looks great after being serviced and for many months afterward. However, not pleased with seeing a $10 fuel charge on the invoice. Seems rather stupid to charge a customer $10 because they chose Zerorez over Stanley or Truechem or Dalworth, etc. Before recommending Zerorez I would tell the friend or business associate that Zerorez charges for the opportunity to come clean the carpets in their home or business!!!

WE WERE TOTALLY AMAZED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK DONE BY THE TECH. WHO CAME TO OUR HOME. HIS NAME IS JOE. WE COULD NOT HAVE IMAGINED A MORE DEDICATED AND QUALIFIED PERSON THAN HIM. HIS TRAINEE MIGUEL, WAS ALSO VERY PLEASANT AND DEDICATED. WE HAD DISCUSSED BUYING NEW CARPET, DUE TO SOME HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS THAT WERE BADLY STAINED, BUT DECIDED TO TRY ZEROREZ . WHAT A GREAT DECISION !!!!! IT IS A RARE THING, ESPECIALLY IN TODAY'S WORLD, TO RECIEVE MORE THAN WHAT YOU FEEL YOU PAID FOR ! THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT YOUR TECH'S. AND PRODUCTS GAVE US. WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. PLEASE REWARD JOE AND HIS TRAINEE MIGUEL SOMEHOW !!!!! THANK YOU, THE BILLINGSLEYS.

Professional services most of all clean
First of all, we asked for an on-site estimate. We were given a date of 7-24 between 4-6:30. I received a call around 5:00pm from Cesar stating that he was at least a couple of hours away and he said he could do an estimate over the phone. I decided to do so and he told me he would have an estimate to me that night (7-24). It is now Friday evening/8:45pm (7-26) and I have yet to get an estimate. We have already scheduled an appointment for Aug. 5 to have carpet cleaned. Cesar had given me info about having upholstery cleaned and air ducts but we do not plan to have that done now. We also do not want an area rug cleaned that we had discussed. We expect to have the $99 special (4 rooms) which would include our master bathroom and closet. Hopefully your cleaning is better than your "free estimate" offer. It seemed that your company does not like to move much furniture when cleaning which is not necessarily a problem but he indicated that your company usually only sends one person to do the cleaning. We would like a quote prior to Aug. 5. I have read good things about your service but am not impressed so far. We are preparing our house to go on the market and want to make sure it looks as good as possible.
Associates are personable and friendly; knowledgeable; efficient; exceptional results (we have three cats); eco-friendly.

Keep promises. Took over 2 weeks to get product ordered and then I had to call. Still don't think I got the right stuff or complete kit.
Your office staff did not communicate the extra charges, they did not write down and give to the young men that cleaned the carpet what needed to be done. We wasted about 45 min or so because your nice young men did not have the correct equipment. The techs were very nice and did a good job. I'm not sure about your process, time will tell.
