We are very pleased with the work done - the carpets look great!
I was displeased with Ernest however - left my front door wide open and was all the way out to the curb after taking the hoses out. All he had to do was get the hoses through the door then CLOSE it. I have two small pets who could easily have escaped and if anything had happened, I would have held your company legally liable. Ernest did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets.

We desperately needed to have our carpet cleaned, and it looks soooo much better now. The person cleaning our carpet was quite knowledgable and really friendly. Zerorez was able to clean the uncleanable, treat our ooold pet deposits that were deep in the carpet, and now the carpet smells so MUCH better. We actually called because of a water problem. That was also well taken care of. Many thanks. For what it's worth, I've liked you on Facebook.

Joe and Cesar were very expert, very thorough, and very nice (and funny!) Both ere such pro's in tackling my carpet and tile's 4 kid ,4 pet "issues", and didn't even run screaming from the house as explained every kid and pet disaster! They removed some very old ,very difficult stains from the carpet and helped improve the look of my white 3 tile bathrooms ( who has not 1 but 3 white tile bathrooms??!!) The carpet and tile are just sparkling, and my whole house smells great! I will call them "the Dream Team " of ZeroRez !! Thanks Guys!! Name removed
