My carpet is clean and the service guys were great but the carpet dried stiff and clumpy. Dal worth rakes after cleaning and it makes a huge difference.

I like the level of the steam & that it didn't leave the carpets wet. Very good workers - I appreciate the neat appearance & thoroughness of their job - only missing a couple of small areas, one under the fridge door, which could have been opened to clean that area of tile & another area where they should have moved a small table to clean or asked me to - tile also

When y'all were done, our heavy traffic areas were the same color as the carpet under the furniture, looked like brand new carpet!!!
The service people were very informed and courteous. They did a great job of understanding my problem spot and it looks nice now. I didn't know, however, that my rooms were extra large and so got charged as two rooms instead of one. Is there in the add somewhere that
talks about room size? I found you all on the Hal Jay show in the morning, and since then
have seen an add in the newspaper.

We've used zerorez twice now, and the cleaning has been very good. But best of all, the service-
men have been so polite and personable. A pleasure to have them in our apt.

The equipment was clean, not even loud from the van... Nothing much was brought into the house except the hose (which was clean too) The overall smell of the cleaning process was....well... CLEAN SMELLING not perfume tainted or dirty/musty smelling!
