The techs that came to my house were very informative and professional. I like that the cleaning solutions were chemical free. Our carpets looked great when done! We were very pleased.

I like the fact that there is no soap or chemicals used, so I don't have to worry about the residue attracting dirt! I also like the powerful machine that sucks the water back out of the carpet!

It is great you don't use soap. I agree with your methods. There are a few stains left behind. So I would mention that when recommending to a friend. But I am satisfied over all. Only one complaint.... I have a small chair in my room they did not move when they cleaned. It was small. Don't know why they didn't move it unless they were being lazy.

As it turned out I had wool carpet and I was told it would be a little more expensive-it was more than twice the quote of the original-that was more than a little more-that tends to not give as good of an experience. Need to be more up front on that.
Informed and professional technicians, like AJ. I will ask for him again. I do think you should consider what you charge for cleaning an area rug ( 3$ per sq foot) versus cleaning the same size room. We decided to clean the area rug in place with less water pressure, but it cost me $360, whereas a room if the same size cost me $33, and the area rug took no more time. What gives? In retrospect, I feel really ripped off with this aspect of the service.
