The edges of the carpet near walls and doorways were not cleaned at all. I feel that all areas of the carpet should have been cleaned. I would like the areas cleaned.

Randy Jones did an excellent job. He was professional and thorough in cleaning our carpets. We have utilized other companies in the past and they did not do as good of a job.

I was very impressed with both. I had previously had my carpet cleaned by another company and it didn't look any different, the high traffic areas looked just as bad when he finished. I explained to the professional from Zerorez what had happened and he made sure to pre-treat the areas and go over them several times. I am so happy with the end result that I will use Zerorez again, and request the same person.
The carpet looks and feels like new.
You have no perfumes or flowery smells but your technology performs above all others! No need to ever call anyone else Zerorez is simply the best!!
I guess my expectations were too high. Hearing the advertisement on klty they talk about how clean and sanitary the carpets will be. I still had dirt and lint on my carpets. The guy that came was very nice and professional. He said my carpet was good quality and that it cleaned up nicely. I didn't feel that it was very clean.

Great communication and Cody got here right on time. He explained what he would be doing and cleaned a test spot so we could see what the carpet would look like after it was cleaned. Boy what a difference. Cody did a great job on all the carpet and was very neat. We will sure use the service again when we have the need.

I loved everything about the carpet service! My baby just started crawling and I thought I should have the carpets cleaned. I had no idea how bad they were!! I was actually following Chris around with my phone taking pictures of the noticeable lines between the cleaned and uncleaned carpet! I texted the pictures to my husband and his response was "Wow! And Gross at the same time!" Now my carpets are beautiful and I feel much better watching my baby crawl all over those white carpets!! I love zerorez!!
They did a great job cleaning my carpets. The technicians were super friendly and very good at explaining the entire process and what the different things I need to get my carpets as clean as can be.
