Jared & Chris got out stains that I had been trying to remove for months. He explained everything that needed to be done before he started the work. Very nice young men.

The low residue cleaner appeared to do a great job of cleaning the carpets. The men who did the cleaning were competent, efficient and friendly.

Very knowledgeable and courteous employees. I have tried several well-known carpet cleaning companies, but they don't hold a candle to the "Zerorez clean". I won't use anyone but Zerorez for future carpet cleaning.

The service man who came to our home worked very hard, was professional and considerate of our time. He was also helpful in educating us on products to use and not to use in areas leading into our carpeted areas.

Our carpet looks sooo clean. With a three year old spilling
chocolate milk everywhere, I was concerned none of the stains
would come out. They did.
We had a very ugly stain in out bathroom from a leak and it
cleaned as well. Thank you.

Through job!

this was my first time to use zero rez. i had a very large master bedroom, one guest room and a large closet cleaned. in the closet, i had removed all of the clothes on the bottom rack as well as most other items on the floor. i forgot to remove a plastic clothes basket and a stack of 12pks of sodas. when they cleaned the closet carpet they cleaned around the basket and sodas. those items were sitting by the door to the tiled laundry room. they could have asked me to move the items or moved them for me. it would have taken less than 60 seconds. instead they cleaned around them. unacceptable.

Joshua was amazing. He did a great job on the carpet. While discussing other types of cleaning done by Zerorez, he mentioned that he can clean marble. He suggested that he try cleaning a spot on my marble table to see if your process worked. He worked on my table and then said, "this isn't working. Sorry!" Super honest!

Overpriced was not told gas service charge same cleaning that other people do for 70.00

Only used one service; carpet cleaning. First attempt, I was not happy with results. Your emergency or compliant tech Thomas did a very nice follow up job. He was very informative about the carpet. Offered a few tips about carpet care.

Service was prompt (actually early) professional and efficient. The technicians were polite, respectful and dressed appropriately -- not looking like a couple of slobs like some other companies I have used in the past.

Well if the work is as good as the service its got to be good.

They did a great job on cleaning. The radio announcement led me to believe that the price of pre-treating was included but when they got there they offered that for $30 per room. I passed on the "upgrade" and it was fine without it. I just do not like extra charges or surprises.

I really appreciate the customer service Zerorez offers. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with their services.

Provide the service requested instead if trying to sell more services than needed.

I've had carpet cleaning done before by other companies and zerorez left it cleaner than anyone ever has. I also really like that no chemicals were used.

Process was quick, I was able to easily reschedule my appointment when a conflict came up, my carpet looks outstanding after not having been cleaned for a year.

Great customer service, my carpets looked fantastic when your guys were done.
