My carpet looks great!! I have two dogs and the carpet was dirty. The promise of zero residue is what sold me on trying your company. The carpet was soft to walk on and did not feel stiff from residue. I thought both of the workers were very professional and did an outstanding job. I have already given praises tp my sister and friends on the product and the fact it is pet safe. thanks again

Be a bit more thorough. I am going to call the technician back to address some areas that were missed, particularly with the tile and grout.
The young man that did the work was very polite and explained every step he was doing. I liked the fact that your company kept me informed as to when he would complete the other job and when he would be arriving at my home. The carpet looked like brand new when he finished. However, an area that had coffee spilled on it, has resurfaced, and I will need someone to do a touchup. Thank you so much. By the way, I have already recommended your company to a friend.

I think the mark-up on products is quite high, but am willing to pay the price in exchange for the level of trust, responsibility, and punctuality I have found in dealing with you...most of the time. My one complaint is that I have yet to receive the Fuller's Jewelry certificates as advertised. Not a deal breaker, but it does break the cardinal rule of customer service - don't promise what you can't deliver.
The service person was very good and the carpets were well cleaned, but it's a bit pricey.
The technician,Jared Nelson, was very courteous and respectful to my wife. He did a wonderful job and we are very pleased with the results. We will also be requesting for
the more though cleaning either later this year or next. I am going to call Jody Dean and

The results!!! Clean carpet without the residue! Also clean sir ducts! The technoligy is first class , and the professional, courteous staff were a delight to have in our home!
