Was at least 2 hours late.

A great deal of residue was left on the tile floor and tracked onto the wood floor. I am still trying to get it off. Areas of paint on the walls were chipped.

Service was great and the tech was very friendly and customer oriented.

This was a large job and most of it was done well. One area carpet has spots on it that are still there. That carpet was rolled up in order to complete work on the tile so I did not see the spots before the service provider left. He did not bring it up either.

$10 fuel charge? That should be disclosed on the phone.

This is the second experience of using your service. The first time the after the cleaning the carpet looked like almost new but not the cleaning I just had. The technician and his assistant were very polite and professional but after the cleaning I could tell that the carpet did not look as good as the first cleaning. There were several areas(small) in each room that was serviced. The technician did go back over some of them. He was very obliging but the next morning I looked over the carpet in all rooms cleaned and again found some small areas that did not look very good.
Another thing, I was told that the service techs would be at my house between 4:30p.m. and 6:30p.m. and the did not arrive until 8:45 p.m., not good at all. I almost sent them away I was so angry with them hanging me up like they did.
I was expecting your co. to be on time without any excuses. And for what I paid for the carpet should have been cleaner.
Yes, the carpet is a light color and about 15 yrs. old but I've had the carpet cleaned at least 2-3 times a year and yes some of the soiled spots may have come from different types of spillage(coffee, ect.) and such.
Maybe if you have a service team in the area sometime in the near future they might call and do the areas that are still soiled.

Ease of ordering, friendly and courteous techs.

two brown stains left - one at top of stairs and the other at the bottom edge - part of the landing not cleaned- I spent part of my day trying to get rid of the stains. When they were finishing I pointed out that they were dripping onto the floor and the carpet with their equipment. The "water" left a residue that took me quite a while to get off the tile. This is the second time I used zerorez. The first time you were great. I am so disappointed this time as we are getting our house ready to put on the market and wanted it to be in tiptop shape.

Zerorez gave a time frame for service, and arrived well within the time frame. When they arrived they offered an assortment of services. Although I only had my carpets cleaned there are other services that we will utilize in the near future. The Zerorez team that arrived was very professional and got right to work , and finished very promptly. We will definitely use there services.

I like the non residue on the carpet. Also, carpet dries quicker than most.

We requested the service tech who came over and gave us the quote but an appointment was set with someone else. We cancelled because of it.

I purchased the $99 special that included some additional perks. I got nothing and ended up paying $180 since i left my husband to let in the cleaning person. The cleaning was good, but I wasn't happy with the additional cost.

No chemicals left in carpet. The technicians were very knowledgeable and polite.

The cost for the cleaning we had done was almost 4 times what I have paid elsewhere. I am disappointed that some spots are coming back that I thought were gone.

I do like the cleaning stuff the guy left with me to try which is why I ordered some.

The proof is in the pudding. My almost white carpets have stayed fresh and clean enough for 8 years (using only Zerorez) to impress an interior decorator recently. She asked for your name and number and I gave it to her. She was going to recommend you to others. :)

Your Technician was courteous and professional through-out the process. This was the first time the Probrush was used on our carpets and Mr. Jones explained how it worked and the benefits it provides. The results were amazing. Seeing what it pulled from the carpet shows what the vacuum cleaner is not capable of doing. Mr. Jones deserves to be recognized for a job well done. Carpets are in fantastic conditon when done and smell wonderful. Have a dog so it is great when done. However, that $99 lead in is kind of bogus. To get what I got, the service was almost $400 which aI knew going it, but a new customer might not think that was too cool. Just suggesting. Will use Zerorez again.
