You were able to schedule me for the next week on the day I needed you to come, and the customer rep told me someone would call me a couple of days before the appt. They called just like she said, 2 days before with the approx time they would come. The person who came, I think Keith was his name?, actually called and said he was ahead of sched, and would it be ok to come early. That was great for me, so he was finished ahead of schedule which worked out great for us. He did a super job cleaning our carpet, it looks so much better. I had one stain in the master bedroom where brown candle wax had dripped on the offwhite carpet, and he was able to get about 99% of it up. You would not notice it if you didnt know it was there. We are very happy with Zerorez and would use your services again and refer you to our friends, which I have already done. Thanks!
We had a sofa (synthetic material) cleaned for $200 and a green chair for free when Zerorez came to our house this week on Monday. A cushion on the sofa had a single small stain that did not come out, and the same is true for the chair. I would give you a 10 but for these two problems. How clean my carpet is, very courteous technician, time in which he did the job and short time to dry. The cost is not bad either.
Green, very informative, don't try to talk you into upgrades, our guy had a thorough knowledge and passion for carpets.

Service men were very easy to work with having excellent attitude and willing to answer questions about service.
The carpet looks and feels brand new, and no stains come back at all. This is the second time we've used Zerorez and after using other companies I know they're the best.
Personnel were very professional & courteous. They did a great job of getting the stains out of the carpets & wanted to be sure I was completely satisfied which I was.
My carpet has never looked so clean, and none of the old spots came back like they usually do after the carpet dries.
The technicians who cleaned the carpet were very nice & professional.
Your Service man Cody Hope is the best, most courteous, honest and hard working worker I have ever come across.
Dont know why when you clean the carpet it does not clean the pad? It is not like the pad is glued to the ground. he said the stains will keep coming back unless I replace the pad.
Do a great job cleaning carpet
I just expected more. I really did not see a difference between Zerorez and a regular cleaning. It just cost more.
My carpets came out clean and look awesome! The rep was very friendly and neat.
The area is a heavy traffic area for both people and pets, and while it look soooo much better some of the spots remain and I was hoping they would come out. Donald was the tech. and he pre sprayed and used the rotary brush, so he probably did all he could do. First name removed
Your representative, Lucas Henexson, did a very good job in a professional manner. He explained the process and probabilities carefully and thoroughly. I believe he is due some sort of recognition for the last job he did here.

THE Spot Remover.
The most important for me was no chemicals. I have small grandchildren and don't like chemical cleaning. I was very impressed with the drying time.
The two techs were very knowledgeable about the service and product and did a great job.
Straton Smith was a very nice young man. No complaints for him. However, I was surprised that there was a $10 fuel charge. Is this new? I feel like this is something that should be told BEFORE an appointment is made.
The guys were very professional and answered all questions. No mess or odor after they finished.
Paul was very knowledgeable and took the time to educate us on the entire process. Zerorez cleaned up every stain we had and thought would never come out (grape juice, Gatorade, grease, pet stains, and more. It saved us from replacing carpet in 2 rooms, so it basically paid for itself in one cleaning. I will recommend this to my friends and family who have Zerorez in their city.
I like the fact that the carpet was cleaned of all but two stains.

Your prices are far too high for the quality of the job that you perform. It is a catch 22 situation. Some of the things that you do are better than others, but you promised to be able to remove pet stains and this did not happen. I will not use you again.
