The carpets looked great the day they were cleaned, but as soon as they dried - the spots were back.
Carpet are cleaned well, remain clean, and no harsh chemicals are used. The service man came within the correct time window and was very professional.

The tile grout is now the cleanest it has been in 20+ years and with out my elbow grease.
I got no phone call saying they were on their way so I was not able to move some tables that I wanted to move and they did not move anything. I also have a stiff spot on my carpet that I need them to come back and fix.

Well unfortunately, the number of rooms I requested and paid to be cleaned was not completed. Requested 5 rooms and only 4 were cleaned.

The edges of the carpet near walls and doorways were not cleaned at all. I feel that all areas of the carpet should have been cleaned. I would like the areas cleaned.
