I like the fact that you use natural products liked the orange peel solution. I am trying to stay away from chemicals when possible . The tech was friendly and very informative about the product.

The only thing I don't like about Zerorez is your answering service. They
gave me information that was not correct, didn't act like they cared whether
I did business with Zerorez. I have been a long time coustomer and in the earlier
years the telephone service was great.

No solvent or soap residue left in carpet. Tech Roy was knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. My carpet looks, feels and smells like new after cleaning. The cost was very fair. I have already recommended Zerorez to others.

Timely, courteous, clear about scheduling, also the technician was a hard worker and very fast.

This is our first time to use Zerorez but I like the fact that there is no soap used on the carpet. The water was well extracted and the carpet was dry within 2-3 hours. I was pleased that they were able to clean up a couple of area's I had not been able to with my spot cleaning. The workers were pleasant & seem to do their job professionally.

Michael provided outstanding customer service. His attention to detail was exceptional, as well as, the quality of his workmanship. My only recommendation addresses the appointment scheduling, which has nothing to do with Michael's service or workmanship. The window of time given by the customer service representative should absolutely be reduced. If the customer schedules the service appointment well in advance, it should be possible to get the first appointment on that day guarranteed.

I like that there is no residue left in the carpet. My carpets look brand new. My only criticism is that I didn't like being asked to "come and look" during the cleaning process. Explanations about what the tech was doing were long and delayed getting the work done. Also, I did not like the demonstration at the end to try and sell the protectorent as he had already been at my house for 4 hours and I was ready for the job to be finished. I did not want to be sold something else at that point. In addition, the customer service rep who set my appointment told me it would only take 2 hours and never told me how to prepare ie. vacuum and move the furniture. He also did not explain that the price he quoted me was an estimate and subject to change once the tech came out and actually looked at the job. So, I like the result, but the process could be improved.

Cleaned carpet extremely well and the people cleaning were very knowledgable, professional and nice.

The carpet service was great. It took a while to dry and one room seemed like the pet treatment did not work as well. I thought the tile service was way too expensive so I chose to not do it.

I have been over charged the last two times I have used your service.

I think the people that came to clean the carpets were in a hurry. They arrived at 6PM on a Friday evening. I was probably their last appointment. I am happy and not so happy with them at the same time. They cleaned two rooms and did not have to move anything. The den which measures 17 x 23 was done well except for one spot. Just before they arrived I accidentaly poured some water out of a plant when moving it. They did not even vaccuum a little sod out of the carpet that was fresh and just laying there. The other room they cleaned was the master bedroom and about the same size. In this room, the carpet does not look much better than it did before. There were stains left that I know were soap and gel that spilled and its still there. The den which was actually worse than the bedroom, now looks better than the bedroom. I dont think they put down the stain resistance that they said they could. So anyway Im abivilent about the carpet.

I appreciate your tech coming to Granbury. You did my house about four years ago and I have really wanted you to come back. So thank you!. Tech did a great job (Michael) I give him a ten. I do have one spot that I believe needs to be worked on. I had requested that kitchen grout be cleaned but Michael was not given the equipment to do that. If you come to clean my kitchen tile, I would want that area redone. It is a small area. It did take longer to dry than I remembered. Would weather have anything to do with that?

There is a section of grass in front yard has been destroyed from the cleaning chemicals. As well as our hose has been broken from being used by the cleaning crew.
