I like the cleaning method used and it obviously works very well. However, I think you need to improve your scheduling methods. I was kept waiting for a very long time yesterday when a simple phone call would have prevented the problem. I finally called the dispatcher and a different technician arrived shortly and did a really good job. His name is Justin and I was very impressed with him, his work ethic, and his attitude.

Daniel was very polite and took his time while cleaning my carpets and in answering my questions! I like that there were not any chemicals while cleaning and it took out the residue from my cleaning the carpets.

My carpets are so clean and dried quickly. The carpets do not get dirty as quickly ad with regular carpet cleaning. My service man Jared was greatvat his job and he was very professional and courteous. Would request him again.
Great job, Anthony was awesome, BUT I was surprised to see that I was charged a fuel charge of 10.00 that was not mentioned on the phone or by the young man doing the work, also was charged 1.25 for what? It was not mentioned when I asked him to look at my tiled kitchen and breakfast room. I would not mind paying this if told up front, but neither the girl on the phone or the young man mentioned the extra charges? How do you justify this.Please respond to this as I would use your service again except charges that are added on and not explained. Thanks so much. Mrs Name removed Eatman..
Clean feel and look
Only time will tell but my carpets appear clean. Randy did a great job and he was very professional. My only dissapointment was how long it took to dry.
The 3 step process was very thorough and the technician was informative, took time to explain each step and offered advise on how to keep the carpet clean longer.

The technician was wonderful had a great attitude. The bottom line to me, is that you're way too expensive! I spent $600 yesterday on cleaning carpets.
I understand I needed extra things for my pets But $600 is absolutely ludicrous
it actually gets the stains out. the carpet dried quickly. the products were safe for children.
I like that the carpet gets clean and the spots don't come back....at least not quickly
So far, this is the first time that the dirt has actually disappeared. The representative was very thorough.
1)Disclose all prices ... no one told us about the cost of stairs, Dalworth charges as a room.
2)Several attempts were made to change our appt. time. We initially made the appt. window from 4-6. When called to confirm they told my husband 1-4 and again the day of, they said 1-4. Our initial appt. was kept and the service person arrived at 4:20
3)We were told we would recive a receipt by email, 24 hours later we have not received a receipt. But we do have this survey, so we know you have the correct email address.
