The cleaning technician was amazing, very courteous and detailed in ensuring every dirty spot is crystal clean.
Great and friendly service
You only sent out one technician and he was not allowed to lift anything greater than 50 pounds, therefore, the couches did not get cleaned under. Your telephone person did not give me all of the information that I needed prior to the technician coming. I rate your company policies an "F" and your telephone trainers a "D". Your technician, on the other hand, gets a rating of "A+", as he did excellent work.
Zerorez always does a great job and our carpets and furniture look like new. There is no residue or heavy odor and everything is fresh! They are always courteous and efficient.
They did what they said they would do and with any high pressure sales pitch.
The technician was extremely knowledgeable about the cleaning and care of our carpet. He took the time to explain manufacturer's recommendations and was careful to not leave any mess behind. Our carpet looks cleaner and brighter because of Zerorez.

The carpets looked great after having them cleaned. The tile grout that we had cleaned on the other hand, didn't look much different than before they cleaned it.
Always come promptly, technicians are always friendly and work hard. Another company came out to look at the same stains on our expensive carpet and said "this is ruined, you have to replace the carpet." When we said we did not want to do that, he said "It's your house..."
Needless to say, we invited him to leave. When Zerorez came out, the technician worked for a long time with gallons of pet stain remover getting the stains out of the front and back of the carpet, and then even nailed the carpet back down. I ended up with three spotless rooms. Not cheap, but I definitely got what I paid for.
Your staff has come back to reclean the tile grout, however, I am still waiting on a call from Zerorez to come and repair the damaged grout.

Great service and my carpets look great!
The last techs spent little time on my carpets and seemed rushed. Polite enough but failed to remove some seemingly less than stubborn stains. Also back stairway staircase seemed a little yellowed after their treatment. He gave me a lot of boloany about my wool carpets not being designed for residentiial use. And that most techs wouldnt even clean wool carpets but that he happened to be an expert. What is that all about?
And then the topper was when he asked me to please take the survey and rate them a 10 because his pay was dependent on it! Really? That made me unformfortable.
Am giving you a 5 today because you have sent me good techs in the past but they seem to be very inconsistent. He was not one of the better.
The service was performed well and when a call-back was necessary there was no problem getting that done.
Excellent customer service in the home as well as the best way to clean carpets. I remind Zerorex that you still need to tell customers up front, when quoting costs, that there is a $10 fuel charge.
