How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

DISAPPOINTMENT:

I had two young men out to spot clean a rug. When they got here, they had a black light that detected more spots on that rug, and spots on another matching rug. I mentioned that I had heard them on Conservative Talk Radio: Chris Crock (also mentioned to
the person who booked my appointment), but they quoted me $300 to spot clean. I inquired about insuring the color and texture, and they said no problem, they use water, etc. So, I told them to proceed.

Overseeing the job, I asked about the change in carpet texture on the VERY FIRST SPOT they treated. The technician said, "Don't worry, it is just wet. When it dries, and you vacuum, it will return to normal." Well, it is dry, and it has not returned to normal!! Now, both carpets have many areas with a fuzzy texture (vs smooth), and have the appearance of having bleach spilled on them.

MAKE THINGS RIGHT:

I called Zerorez yesterday; and thankfully, they are sending out an expert with 20 years experience. However, I already know, this damage cannot be corrected.

I am quite upset ... these are expensive wool carpets purchased from ibbDesign, that have only been in my home since June 13, 2013. Zerorez will need to replace them, if this damage cannot be reversed.

What do you like about our products and services?

The Tech - Roy was both professional and informative and very helpful.
The carpets were pet treated and when finished, looked and felt great.

I would definitely use/recommend Zerorez.

I have had your services for years and my carpets look great! I would like to praise the technician, Blake, who did an outstanding job. My carpets have never looked better, especially my stairs !!

I like the fact that there is no product in the cleaning to stay inside the carpet. I liked Anthony the service technician. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the company. He was efficient and did a thorough job. I would definitely use Zerorez on future services and will recommend Zerorez to all my friends.

Hi I thought I did this already! Joe and Cesar were so expert in their assessment and treatment of my 4 kid, 4 pet "crimes against Carpet!" and they got out some very old pet stains! In addition , my white tile in my bathroom was just sparkling-just like their personalities! Thanks guys! Name removed

When the advertisement of 3 rooms for 99.00 is promised and we end up paying over 400 in the end for the 3 rooms plus a short hallway and 13 stairs is really disappointing. Hopefully, the promised treatment will work.

It has been nearly 8 months since I got an estimate and things STILL are not complete. After 2 missed appointments in the last week and a half, I thought I was finely going to see an end to the work on 8-13. But Matt was only here yesterday to look things over. However, he was going to go back and address things in a meeting yesterday and get back to me either yesterday or today. STILL WAITING!! I have become accustomed to expect disappoint when dealing with you folks.

The technician was wonderful and the carpets looked great. My only issue is that I paid for the pet odor removal and it did not work. The website says its guaranteed but I hadn't called back to let you guys know about it yet.

What could we do to improve?

Have emergency service for quick action items. The technician advised us that the spot on our carpet could not be cleaned completely and we should have responded immediately, but in calling it took 4 days for earliest appt. We're consistently told by technicians to not treat as it can set the stain, in this case, we didn;t and stain is still set.
