What do you like about our products and services?

young man was knowledgeable, on time, worked dilligently, and when I asked him if he could do more rooms rather than have to come back, he said "no problem." I got the whole house done, it looks fantastic and I will never use another company because my experience with you (I am a repeat customer) has been wonderful.

What do you like about our products and services?

The service oriented attitude of the technician, Tim. He was awesome, and I think my carpets are the cleanest they have ever been. I have already given a friend the Zerorez phone number.

What could we do to improve?

Your tecnician was great. Your office folks and schedulers were terrible.

You came highly recommended so set up was a given. I was given a 4:00 to 6:30 window with a call when the tech was on his way. At 6:30, (after standing in a vacant house for more than two hours waiting). I called and your rep told me he was running late and would definately be there between 6:30 and 7:00. At 7:00 I called back and the same lady said he was still at his last job. I advised her that I had waited long enough without a heads up call and that I would cancel. She said she would check with the dispatcher but rather, hung up on me.

I called back and got a guy. I told him I would wait until 7:30 and then I would be gone. At 7:30, I left. I ran into your tech at the front gate of my neighborhood. He apologized, said he would really like to do the job and would stay until it was copmplete. We went back in and he worked until 10:30pm to finish the job.

Again, your rep did a great job and I would have him back in any time. Your front office made the whole experience so bad that I won't be calling you again.

What do you like about our products and services?

The carpet looks better than it has after any other cleaning. The pricing was competitive. The technician arrived early in the window. We walked the house together and talked through my concerns. We discussed pet stains and he laid out some options for me. We decided on the course of treatment and he started. This is what really surprised me. After each room he had me inspect the room. I've never been asked to do that before. The best part. The carpet is so soft. It feels like it did when it was brand new. I know what the means..it's CLEAN!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I initially called to get my carpets cleaned ( 3 rooms for $99.00) due to pet urine. when I scheduled the cleaning no one every ask what type of stains. when the technician came out, he stated that the traditional cleaning does not cover pet stains and proceeded to give me an estimate of $396.00 for the service for pet stains. which I refused. then he said I wouldn't be happy with just a cleaning, so we did the main room for an additional $60.00 for the "pet treatment" which he said would get the smell out. it did for that day, however the following day the smell was worse than before. I know that I will probably have to replace the carpet in that room.

A human answered the phone immediately. Able to come out next morning. The two guys who came out could not have been more friendly.
The only frustrating thing,but the same with all carpet cleaners,is the "dry in 3 hours" statements. They are NEVER dry in that time. Always close to 24!

I like the fact that you do not use strong chemicals. I had my air ducts cleaned and a sofa and love seat. I have not seen the dust come back in over a week and the sofa, which was pretty old, looks great. Your service were very professional and knowledgeable about the service. I will use you again soon on my mexican tile floors!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I've been very happy with Zerorez in the past, and the technician who came out was very courteous and professional. However, I was very disappointed that I paid $175 for one (big) room and my carpet ended up (the next day) not looking much better than it had before the cleaning! I was told that if I paid and extra $45 a special treatment would prevent my dog from peeing on the carpet. However, she peed pretty much the second the technician left! I think you have a good product, but in this case, the extra cost was definitely not worth it.

What do you like about our products and services?

Very professional! The product used is free of chemicals and soaps - which I love for my children. And my carpets are sanitized and look amazing after! It is the best way to help your carpets look and feel new without any harsh chemicals.

The technician was very forthcoming about the extra cost which I was expecting. He was very efficient and worked quickly.

The tech did a great job. The carpet was very clean and we are satisfied. The only problem we had is the scheduling. Schedlued for between 4pm and 6pm on the day of service. Got a call on the day of the scheduled service and lady said truck was having a problem and the tech would not be here until 11:30 am. I asked about the 4 to 6 thing... and she said she did not know about that... she had us down for a 8am to 11am time frame. I changed my schedule and was here at 11:30am. Tim showed up at 12noon or so and did our carpet. Talked to another lady about the unusual schedule problem and said that someone changed the time of our service but never called us back ummmm???. Scheduling was FUBAR. Service was good.
