Additional "free" services available. Reasonable prices. Good quality. Keeps appointments and does what they say they'll do. The dry time took a little longer on some areas of the carpet this time; I attribute that to the extra deep cleaning the employees gave the "high traffic areas" of the carpet. VERY much appreciated that! Also appreciated the deep steam vacuum and cleaning they did that actually pulled up MORE hair than I was able to get with my regular vacuum.

The technician who came out was great - very friendly! I didn't like though that my carpet was so wet that I had to use towels to soak up excess water. That added 2 hours of work to my day.

Liked the product and service with the exception of the appointment time. Requested earliest morning time, leaving the schedule on your end open and it was scheduled for 11:00AM, I know you start earlier than that. also did not receive a copy of the invoice which I like to have, even could be used for a possible referral.

The associate was professional and very helpful, the outcome was amazing. We have 3 dogs and 6 grand kids so they were confronted with a challenge, but we were extremely pleased.

I brought a cushion to your facility to be cleaned. My carpets and sofa had been cleaned several weeks earlier, but there was an air conditioning water leak onto one of the cushions and it left a stain. There was a mix up in scheduling, and the cushion was not ready when I came to pick it up. The gentleman in charge of that area took full control and responsibility and had the cleaned cushion at my house the next morning. I appreciated his professional attitude and customer service. I had been very pleased with the carpet and sofa cleaning at my home, and this gentleman's handling of the mix up confirmed my trust in your company.

For 2 days your company has been promising to email the estimates to pull carpet and clean and another estimate to just replace. I have not received anything!! Not a happy camper
