We were very impressed at the way our technician, James Branch, made the carpet look brand new again. My husband and I really enjoyed talking with him as well. He was very personable and nice, and wonderful at explaining and demonstrating all the different products and services you offer.
Our 11 1/2 year old carpets look and feel like new. Darwin did an excellent job.
I was quoted $175 over the phone and then booked my appointment. When the technician came, suddenly I'm paying over $300. And that was before he tried to upsell me to either $700 or $1100. I don't need a guilt trip for not choosing the upsell after I already spent almost twice what I was quoted. Pretty shady. I won't be using y'all again.

Service- I strongly wish to express my gratitude to the GREAT job Ron did cleaning the carpet in our home. We have had several Zerorez representatives come to our home in Plano over the years, but I must say Ron did the best job ever! It first started when he met my husband and I at the door. Ron was personable, friendly, and professional from the moment he entered our home. Rarely does a person see sincere desire to meet the need of the client with an excellent attitude and direct eye contact. Ron's character and sincerity to perform an outstanding job in our "personal space" immediately put me at ease. Ron is a "breath of fresh air" as it relates to personable, professional, and yes, even an old-school service mentality. We felt that Ron had a "what can Zerorez do for you" attitude rather than the typical mentality today that expresses "how fast and efficient can I get this job done and get paid." We really appreciate the time Ron took to make our Zerorez experience a very pleasant one, and he did an absolutely FANTASTIC job on our carpets! I will ask for him specifically next time. didn't like the hard sale from the sales person, the up-charges almost doubled the cost of cleaning the carpet. Two rooms cleaned was $ 194.00, ridiculous. Will someone that is more upfront with pricing next time
I was not disappointed,just not overly impressed.
No chemicals or soap with good results
No smell and carpet was dry within a couple hours.
The process was easy and my tech Cody was extremely professional, polite, helpful and efficient. I will definenitly use Zerorez for ALL my carpet cleaning from now on.

There were so many "positives" -- technician Keith was personable, diligent, thorough, etc., set-up for service was easy and timely, price was fair, and for the most part, carpet was clean. A significant stained area, which I identified specifically with its origin, is worse now than it was. I do think Keith did his best and he said he thought he got it out. As the carpet dried, the stain reappeared, larger and a different color. To improve, you might be a little less optimistic and more realistic that some stains are not-removable. That may seem nit-picky, but I was hopeful and expectant that it would be better, and instead it is worse.
I've heard about Zerorez since Jody Dean started talking about it, so your special came just at the right time. Our tech, Juan, was just great. He did a fabulous job and my carpet looks better than new. I highly recommend your company!

When making appointment, we should be told about extra services and how much they cost. ie Removal of pet fur, coating to repel dirt.

I hadn't had my carpet cleaned in a long time so wasn't sure what to expect. I don't have a lot of money to spend either. I wished I could have moved some of the furniture around to get cleaned around it. The experience was okay.
