no strong soap
I think it was a little too pricey for the quality of the product. I think $60.00 per room for the pet odor removal is too expensive.
Came fast. Worked f as t. And was in high spirts even thou I had no ac. They were great.
Quick and efficient
The carpet cleaner charged us for a treatment that we didn't get. The carpet smelled sour after the carpet was cleaned. My husband called ZeroRez and a trouble shooter came out to assess the situation. Happy with how quickly the trouble shooter came out. The guy basically told my husband that because carpet has bacteria in it, it is not unusual for it to smell sour.....We were reimbursed for the treatment that we didn't receive and that's it. I called and left a message for Thomas, the troubleshooter to give him an opportunity to explain how it's ok for our carpet to smell sour, but he didn't return my call.
The technicians called ahead and arrived on time. They reviewed the rooms, talked about the pet spots, which we pointed out, (from daughter's dog) in this case, and got started with their work. Completed job was done thoroughly and efficiently.

GOOD QUALITY CLEANING OF THE CARPET IN MY HOME. YOUR WORKER WAS KNOWLEGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND POLITE. HE EXPLAINED ALL THAT WAS ORDERED BY US. HE ALSO HELPED US UPGRADE SO THE CLEANING WOULD LAST LONGER. GOOD EMPLOYEE. DID A GREAT JOB. WHEN WE HAVE OUR CARPET CLEAN AGAIN LATER, I WILL REQUEST LUCAS TO DO THE CLEANING. We felt like this time it did not get as clean as last year! Don't know if it was because different technician or what. Technician was very nice and friendly thought!

They wasted no time and were careful not to damage anything while they cleaned.
The garden hose they used for a water supply was neatly rolled up in the original position.

Communication of services prior to arrival of technician.
We were very disappointed in the service we received. There were some light spots on our carpet that were not treated or taken care of. When I got home after the cleaning I got down on the floor and they came right out with a wet wipe. Our high traffic areas don't look any different - overall, very disappointed and feel like we spent $109 and got nothing for it.
Additionally, there was a KRLD promo which we were supposed to get a $25 El Chico gift card, which we did not receive
Was very happy with the service and the nice job they did for us. When we need more cleaning done we definitely would call your company and would want Anthony and his helper to do our cleaning. Always appreciate a good job and would highly recommend the ones who came and did the job.
I was able to get next day service for emergency cleaning. Crewmembers always very friendly. Good results from cleaning with May appt. This time not so good...probably as good as was possible because of red coloring from watermelon

Joshua did a great job explaining what needed to be done and followed through on it.
Was told it would take two hours to complete house and also told I needed at least the extra chemical spray for $50 more. I also didn't like the fact that I was told you needed money before they start. I told them I had to take my father home but would be back in 25 minutes. 25 minutes after I left they called and said they were almost finished. I got there and your guys were already sitting in their truck, completly cleaned up and ready to go. From the time they started to the time I got back was less than 45 minutes. There are a couple of visable stains and your man said some animal stains they couldnt get up. You tell me, how good was the service I received in a 2100 sq ft home in 35 minutes for $350?

You made my carpets look like new, even after I had just used a different carpet cleaning company and was not happy with the results. Lesson learned: Call Zerorez the first time and always!. The service technicians always aim to please, too! I will always recommend Zerorez to all my friends!
