The carpet dries fast, never feels sticky or stiff. A clean smell not one of chemicals or heavy scents. The technicians that came to my home now on two separate occasions were both professional and personable. Concerned about getting the work done to my satisfaction. Both gentleman that I have had come out have been exceptional.

THe technician was friendly and thorough. My carpets look so much better and so far, none of the stains or dirt have popped back up. It did take a little longer to dry than he said it would, but the carpets were not soaking wet for long. The price was reasonable and the technician did not try to push purchasing a lot of additional treatments. He did recommend one but was not pushy when I declined.
