All is good. Dried very quickly. Stair cost a little too pricey, though.

The service tech was wonderful!!! He took the time to go over my carpet and explain what he was going to need to do... He answered all my questions. After completion of the cleaning he explained what he found while cleaning w/ the enzymes process. I love the way the carpet felt agter the cleaning.... NO RESIDUE ... just clean gresj carpet feel!! Fabian is a true customers maniac!! The carpets looked FANTASTIC when he left.

Actually no smell of product great techs

My carpets look great. They took about 24 hours to dry...not 6 or so like I was told but Jared did a great job!! He was very good and so nice.

Now, a suggestion. Actually, two. What is a good product to use for pet clean ups that occur the day after carpet is cleaned?

Also, I believe yor advertising is misleading. Your price is not $89 for three rooms if $10 is a standard add-on, but in fact is $99. When I learned of the extra amount I was a bit miffed.

The serviceman was very professional. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about what he was doing and answered all of our questions before and after he completed the job. Considering the condition of the rugs before he started, he did the job quickly and we were are satisfied with results after he finished.

My carpets always look terrific after you clean them, and they are at least 12 years old.
Had upholstery done this month and wow! wish I had done it sooner.
I did have an issue with an inexperienced tech, but the quality control person came out and fixed everything so that I was totally satisfied.

ZEROREZ with the 'super-charged' EMPOWERED water cleaned our off-white carpet and made it look newer... other carpet cleaning companies could not get it this clean.. because they tried!
