I like the cleaning method used and it obviously works very well. However, I think you need to improve your scheduling methods. I was kept waiting for a very long time yesterday when a simple phone call would have prevented the problem. I finally called the dispatcher and a different technician arrived shortly and did a really good job. His name is Justin and I was very impressed with him, his work ethic, and his attitude.

Great job, Anthony was awesome, BUT I was surprised to see that I was charged a fuel charge of 10.00 that was not mentioned on the phone or by the young man doing the work, also was charged 1.25 for what? It was not mentioned when I asked him to look at my tiled kitchen and breakfast room. I would not mind paying this if told up front, but neither the girl on the phone or the young man mentioned the extra charges?
