Initially, I wondered if the commercials and advertisements were true. I liked the fact that Zerorez does not use soap but only "empowered" water and that it is green technology. The fact that it is safe for adults, children and pets is important to me as well as it did not leave a strong ordor in my home. What I learned was ZeroRez claims are true. My carpet is 21 years old and is a very light beige or cream color. I have children and pets in my home. Although, we have taken very good care of our carpet through the years, it still showed signs of wear, especially in the high traffic areas. We decided to try Zerorez carpet cleaning before replacing the carpets. I can honestly say my carpets look new again. Now, let me tell you about our technician, Ron Self. He did a test area on the high traffic area and explained if we were not satisfied with the results, we were not obligated to proceed with the rest of the job. We were amazed at how much better the test area looked so we proceeded to get the rest of the job done. Ron was very careful and wore protective shoes in my house. He was very personable, courteous and professional. After the job was complete, Ron spent some time with us explaining other services Zerorez offered such as air conditioning filters (which we will probably buy at a later date) and air duct cleaning. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and spoke very highly of Zerorez as an employer. We were very happy with the results we received on our carpet cleaning but we also think alot of that was due to our technician Ron, who did an outstanding job and left us with a very positive experience. Overall, we were very happy with our experience with Zerorez and will be repeat customers as well as recommending Zerorez and Ron Self to our family and friends. Thank you very much for a job well done.

Good value for the price. No soap. I was able to make an appt within three days if the day I called originally.
James who came to my house as amazing. He explained everything he was doing and also provided additional services such as cleaing the Travertine and therefore was a great sale for the company.
Keith was our tech that came out. He did a wonderful job. He was very kind, explained everything he was going to do and what was used on the carpet. The carpet looked brand new when he got finished. Would use ya'll again when the time comes to clean my carpets again. I will tell all my friends when they need to get their carpets cleaned to make sure and use Zerorex.
They are safe and effective. Chris was very knowledgable when explaining it all to me. He did a wonderful job and our carpets look great! The only question I have is we were supposed to get a $25 El Chico gift card and I did NOT receive that.

seems to really get out the "stuff" that is embedded in the carpet. A little disappointed that a stain "came up" and having to have "re-do" hopefully, all will be good in the end. Darwin was polite, helpful and did a good job.
Drawing a PENIS with your "inpowered" water in my front yard killing the grass. Left a lovely image for the kids in the neighborhood.
I liked that there wasn't a chemical smell. I liked that there was visual proof that my carpets were clean. The proof was the fact that the stains were gone and the dirty water after the cleaning. The guy that did our job was very profession and worked very hard on our difficult tile.

Excellent results - my downstairs rooms look great! I had Ray look at an area upstairs that Zerorez had done last week; he agreed it should look better and redid the upstairs spot - it is so much better. I really appreciated his help - even though he had not done the upstairs rooms, he was very accommodating.
