The products and services are very good, but this last time I was not s pleased with how my carpeting came out. There is still a large coffee stain in the middle of the room and before you got all stains out. The gentleman told me they couldn't get it out which I was surprise at since you have gotten out coffee stains before.

I was displeased with Ernest however - left my front door wide open and was all the way out to the curb after taking the hoses out. All he had to do was get the hoses through the door then CLOSE it. I have two small pets who could easily have escaped and if anything had happened, I would have held your company legally liable. Ernest did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets.

We desperately needed to have our carpet cleaned, and it looks soooo much better now. The person cleaning our carpet was quite knowledgable and really friendly. Zerorez was able to clean the uncleanable, treat our ooold pet deposits that were deep in the carpet, and now the carpet smells so MUCH better. We actually called because of a water problem. That was also well taken care of. Many thanks. For what it's worth, I've liked you on Facebook.
Product and process is pure and clean, doesn't stir up any of my or my grandchildren's allergies and the people are first-rate in knowledge and courtesy.
However, I rated a 9 instead of a 10 because 'follow-up' is not happening as it should. The Persian carpet that you removed for cleaning is not laying out flat on the floor. It seems to have gotten overstretched as in many places, it is wrinkling up and creating a tripping hazard. Also, one entire length is curling up - perhaps from where it was initially rolled up for delivery. All this was noticed when Nolan and his partner delivered and put the cleaned carpet back in place. They assured me someone would call and tell me whether 'ironing' out the curl or the wrinkles would be an option. So far, no one has contacted me about those issues.
