The gentlemen was very kind and informative. He made it look very clean, with exeption to some old and stubborn stains that wouldn't release.
I was quite suprized, however, that the carpet felt "crunchy". I thought it was supposed to be soft? That's my only complaint.

The CSR and the ZEROREZ Gentleman that came to clean my carpet was very polite, caring, and understanding. He took his time to explain the different levels of supplies and cleaning of our carpet. I commend you on having such a wonderful staff. I would highly recommend ZEROREZ to anyone that I know. I was referred to ZEROREZ by one of your past customers. Ms. Ophelia Mouncil. While the cleaning process was good I am a little disappointed in the scheduling process. On 7/27/2013 Ron Self was our service tech and did an exceptional job cleaning our home. Ron indicated that or future services we could request him as a service tech if we were satisfied with his work. Since we did not have all carpeted areas cleaned on 7/27 we decided to have the remaining areas cleaned on 8/3. I called on 7/29 to schedule and requested Ron to be our service tech. On Thursday, 8/1 we received the call regarding our service window of 1:30 to 4:00 PM on 8/3. Luckily we did not plan to be away from the house prior to the scheduled window because we were contacted at 11:00 AM that service tech was 20 minutes away. So not having the time we thought we had to prepare for the cleaning by moving large pieces of furniture, vacuuming etc. we had to scramble to get done what we could. I am curious what would have happened if we requested additional time up time when the original service window was scheduled at 1:30. I was also informed that Ron would not be our service tech. Not that Justin did a bad job but if a customer's request for a service tech cannot be honored we should have been informed of that earlier so we could decide if we wanted to reschedule for another time when Ron was working in our area again. However I fail to see why this request was not honored given we called 6 days prior to the service date to schedule thus giving your route planning department time to incorporate our home into Ron's schedule for that day. Again, not dissatisfied with the service, but the scheduling can be improved upon by honoring a customer's request for a specific service tech and keeping the scheduled appointment within the time period given on the automated call received 2 days prior to the appointment.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When the technician left, I was not told that the circuit breaker had been tripped and that I had no power in my bedroom and bathrooms upstairs. I did not go up to inspect the job because I was happy with the downstairs carpet and did not want to walk on the wet carpet. When I returned at 11 pm, I discovered that all the lights had been left on upstairs with the exception of the room mentioned. I was able to get to the circuit box in the garage and get my lights back on but the outlets in my bathrooms still do not work. I have tried to reset the GFCI outlets but they will not reset. I guess I will be contacting an electrician. I think it is inexcusable not to have been told what had happened. I know that he knew because I heard everything shut down but just assumed he had stopped the equipment for a few minutes for a reason. When I called the office, I was told that someone would get back to me right after lunch but no one has called. My carpet may be clean but the service was terrible. Also, when I called to set up the appointment, I explained that I really needed an early appointment. I was assured that that would be no problem, that the window would be between 8 and 11 and I would get a call on Thursday to be more specifid. When I was called I was told my window was 11 - 1:30 instead. He did come right at 11 but that was not early enough for me to meet a prior commitment.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have personally used your Company for many years and have recommened @ least a dozen co-workers or friends to you. We also have used you here at the dealership and dealt directly with Mr. Bo Hopkins. This last experience has been totally unaccectable from not showing up or calling for a Sat, July 27th appointment here, and last Sat showing up late, with only one worker, and then having your equipment break. I've had two employees stay late the last two Sats, paying them overtime for NOTHING! Not to mention all the trouble of our employees moving their furniture, not once but TWICE FOR NOTHING!!

Service reps attitude and ability in our home.

However, your advertising is misleading. Your radio ads speak of $99.00 for three rooms plus one room free. Nothing is mentioned about a $10.00 upcharge for "gasoline." I was informed of this upcharge when I called to make an appointment, and I accepted it. I already told some friends over the weekend about the good service, but my letting them know about the un-advertised upcharge TURNED THEM OFF. Be upfront--advertise $109.00. When I go to a shoe store, they don't quote a price of $75.00 plus a $5.00 upcharge; they quote $80.00. Enough said.

The service was fine and I am pleased with everything except the add-on cost. I couldn't see the detailed bill from the hand held device. I am shocked how much the additional services added. I do not know what one of the charges was. So happy with the carpet but feel it was totally misrepresented in my initial understanding

The service with the carpet was very good. The guys parked the cleaning van on the street at the front. Where the machine releases its hot water or were they cleaned the unit killed a big spot in my yard at the curb.
