The service tech was very nice and did a great job
Keith did a fantastic and thorough job. He spent time finding all of our trouble pet spots and then treated them all. He took time to truly thoroughly clean the carpet and focus on our areas that needed extra attention. We truly appreciated the time he took to do the job right and well. We would highly recommend him.
On time, good friendly service, clean carpets
The service guy was very professional, my carpet is so soft, and most of the stains came up.

Justin was professional and courteous. Everyone I talked to displayed incredible customer service. I learned a great deal about carpets. My carpet was clean, looked new after you came out, and it was affordable.

The product speaks for itself. Cesar and Justin were able to eliminate stained areas in our carpet that had been there since we had bought the house. We had them cleaned about 10 months prior from a different company, and they insisted that the stains were there to stay. Evidently, that is not the case with you guys.
I was also in impressed by the speed and quality of the process. Cesar and Justin not only did an amazing job cleaning our house, but they did an even better job of cleaning our nice upholstered chairs and couch. Unfortunately, our cats had decided to urinate outside the litter box, and instead they targeted our nice formal furniture. Cesar and Justin went to work and cleaned them up for us. The most impressive part is that our antique couch is upholstered in silk. Thank you again for taking the time and effort to making our house look amazing.

Great job. Suggested stairs to be cleaned. Looks beautiful. Had stains in living from a spilled drink. Got it up. And the pet stains came up as well. Will call them again. Third time I have had Zerorez out.

The professionalism and knowledge
Zerorez completely cleaned my carpet, removing stains I thought would never come out. I wanted to get new carpet, my husband heard you advertisement and said let's try it. I thought it would be a waste of money, but I was wrong. We are very happy with the results.
When you offer a reward it should be a current one. The certificate I received for Fuller's Jewerly expired on September 30, 2013, i.e. last month.
The carpet looks great!!! Even a week later!!!!

Do it right the first time. The second gentleman who came was able to remove the red stain which the first gentleman said could not be removed. There were multiple dark spots that had to be removed on the second visit.
I admit the carpet was very dirty, but it should have required only one visit.
I will say that the carpet looks very good now.
Our service was so great. The gentleman that did our carpet cleaning was to informative and pleasant. I just wanted to say one thing, when I called to make the appointment I was told that I would get a $100 gift card to the jewelry company. Will you be mailing that card? Thanks. First name removed

I think spotting could be more efficient...other than that, I think your service is the
best I have ever had. I will call about that.
The guy who cleaned our carpets was very good at teaching what he was doing and how things would help the carpets. He did a great job getting the stains out of the carpets and they looked like new.
Our scheduled time was 1:30 - 3:30. I took off work to be home for the cleaning. The technician didn't arrive until 6:30, so I was tied up from 1:00 until almost 9:00. This was very unprofessional and frustrating.
On the positive side, the technician was very thorough and careful and we are happy with the results.
