Randy Jones was my tech this time and he truly provided excellent service and did an exceptional job on my carpet - best service yet from Zerorez. He used the pro-brush which made the WORLD of difference - no other tech had ever used that on my carpet. What ever he did it made my carpet look almost new again which I had not experienced before with prior Zerorez services. Thank you Randy!!
How carefully you clean tile & grout.
Splashed up on the stainless dishwasher and now we can't get it clean. It is stained.
The service tech (Luke) arrived as scheduled, provided the services in a very speedy and professional manner, and the result was wonderful - as expected. It is a shame that 10 is the highest rating possible. I would give Luke a 15!
I like most of my experience with Zerorez - the professional who came to serve us was most helpful. He took the time to listen, to explain and even went the "extra mile" to assist us in another area with a stain. We appreciated his attention. He was also quick to arrive and took his time in getting the job done. However, as I'd suspected, hot water is not enough to remove the stains completely, nor the normal wear of dinginess. I'm hoping I will appreciate this type of cleaning in time without the use of harsh, dirt trapping chemicals.

I was told that my rug would be ready and delivered back to me in 2-3 weeks. Instead it was 5 weeks, and only after calling multiple times, day after day for an update. On a few occasions I was told I would be called back with an update later in the afternoon and was never called. I had to initiate almost all contact in order to finally get a status on my rug.
The cleaning was fine but the delay was very frustrating.
Tim was very thorough and explained everything very well to me and my husband. He did a great job!!!! We will definitely call Zerorez for any future needs.
Too late. Used another company who didn't want to charge me a house payment to clean my carpets and ducts.

The very prompt response to a recent less than satisfied cleaning. The company responded quickly to my dissatisfied survey response within 48 hours and had another technician scheduled within 5 days. The 2nd technician came out to review the area in question. He provided a very detailed explanation as to the difference in carpet products and the effects of stains and soap residues that might be causing the difficulty in getting the carpet clean to the desired level. He then attempted to reclean and immediately called me in to show me how he too was surprised that he was able to get the carpet significantly cleaner than the first technician who had come out. Thus he assumed perhaps (though not sure) there might have been a problem with the trucks recirculation system when cleaning this area. Not exactly sure why they got cleaner the 2nd time. But I am glad I called instead of just choosing to accept being less than satisfied. Because of your quick response, courteous service, redo and improvement, I, a once less than satisfied customer am now a very satisfied customer and plan to use you again during my every 7 month carpet cleaning service.

No soap,residue. Carpets look almost new
On time. Very professional and friendly. Carpets seem clean. A couple small "stains" kind of appeared after drying but I just re-arranged furniture.
efficient and successful cleaning, 'green' products, professional and courteous techs, and reasonable price when you run a 'special'.
don't over charge for "hallways"; hallway was less than a third the size of rooms done for $33; but the hallway cost $48. Stairs seem a little expensive as well.
As far as "doing the work"; have have 3 door ways where paint and plaster/drywall are tore up from dragging the hose around the corner (return line hose; not blue water hose).
Punctual. Product dries quickly. Technicians were courteous. Carpets look great. Even the most heavily soiled and lightest colored ones look like new.
Carpets were old and stained and you did a great job of making them look better.
The stains aren't coming back after they cleaned it.

The servicemen were very courteous and did an excellent job in cleaning the traffic areas which is what I had requested. I will have Zerorez back in about 6-8 weeks to do wall-to-wall before I put the house on the market. One thing though I spent more than $200.00 I didn't get the $50.00 gift card for dinner which I had been told I would receive.
