The technician--Mr. Brackeen-- was personalable, explained what he would be doing, what he was doing, and was informative of the services, and what would be required to remove pet odors, and other issues.

Thomas was very knowledgable and was more than willing to reclean the carpet and remove the stains that were missed.

The techs are polite, knowledgable and I don't feel like they are trying to sell me something I don't need.

Both techs were great. The only issue I have is that the techs moved a chair on the front porch to hold the door open and did not put it back.

Also they adjusted the ceiling fans in two rooms to have them dry sooner. I am short and handicapped so I cannot fix them back. Will have to ask someone to come over and fix. I wish they hadn't done that or told me what they did before leaving. Besides that I love your company.

Based on the radio ads, I was expecting a much better result. We paid over $700 for carpet cleaning, flash, topical, and protection treatments to eliminate pet urine odors. After the carpets have dried completely, the odors remain. Your technicians were great, friendly and very professional. If you have a product that can "eliminate" the pet odors, that would be fantastic.

Carpet looks great every time and the cleaning is so fast.

The greatest need I had is removal of dirt from a carpet which is in an area of heavy traffic in the living room. This area is not clean; the rest of the living room carpet is fine. Are the cleaning materials Zerorez uses suitable for removal of soil described above? No pets -- just an area used as a main walkway between the entry of my condo to the rear. I like how fast the carpet dries. My dads carpet had blood stains on it and the service guy paid great attention to it. He did an excellent job. I was very please with the work. It was nice to know up front exactly how much money the job would cost. He was very truthful and told me there was a possibility that the stain may reoccur and require an additional cleaning, but it didn't cause he took his time and got the job done correctly. I would use your service again and would like to have the serviceman if possible.

Carpet is clean and does not smell of chemicals. Technicians were polite and respectful of property.

Floor has white residue and footprints visible. Floor tile are dull. My daughter recommended you and her floors look great. Her service guy scrub every inch of the grout with a brush. I expected that same service but did not get the grout scrubbed except in a few places. Service guys ere very polite but I do not want them back to fix this. I want the young man who serviced my daughter's home. Also the grout sealant was included in her price whereas we were quoted nearly $300 more after the cleaning. I do not want to get the two nice young men who serviced our house in trouble, but would like to have the same level of service as reported to me by my daughter. The more I sat here looking at my tile, the more I wanted it done right.
