I called for an appointment to clean all of our floor surfaces just like last year. The reservations person confirmed that her system showed we had carpet and tile. When the tech showed up on the scheduled date (12/27) he was only prepared to do the carpet. Why did the office not call me to tell me this? I immediately called the office and explained what the tech said and had to make a second appointment for the tile surfaces (12/31). Additionally, I had difficulty understanding the broken English of the tech that showed on 12/27. I already did a survey that was sent after the 12/27 appointment but didn't point out these items because I didn't realize this one question and comments area was all there would be. Other than those items the cleaning of the floor surfaces was done really well. Thank you.

Great Service

I know my carpet is clean without any residue and that the "soap" from the previous cleaning is being removed as well.
Always smells great when finished and the techs are very friendly, professional and do a great job.

Product appears to be environmental acceptable, make my carpets extremely clean being they haven't been cleaned since I purchased my home 5 years ago. The technicians, both times, where very professional and personable. I appreciate that Zerorez was willing to fix the situation when I was not happy with the result the first time around. When the technicians came back the second time, they were very knowledgeable and completely resolved the animal odor issue.

It's natural cleaning

The job was done well and the gentleman who performed the cleaning was very polite, hard working, and knowledgable.

Overall we had a good experience. There were a couple of spots that didn't come up that we thought would have with a couple of more passes with the cleaner, or a little extra attention.

I had a very tough stain on my carpet and the technician did everything GE could to get it out. My carpet looks great!

Technology

The products work great and do not leave behind the soapy look on the carpet. As for the service, well Ron did a fantastic job. He was very informative and made sure that every spot was cleaned in the areas he was supposed to clean. He even cleaned a little extra spots, absolutely great work.

Clean

I like the thoroughness of your employees in making sure the job is done correctly. We have a difficult sofa to clean but the man really worked on the stain until the odor was gone. I suffer from migraines and am very sensitive to odors. Thank goodness your enzyme cleaners don't trigger headaches like other cleaning products.

Make sure to ask about certain areas that made need extra cleaning.

Zerorez did not use chemicals on the carpet and it looks great. The cleaning crew was on time and finished their work quickly, efficiently and were polite and professional. I will use their services again.
