In my opinion, the "pet" stain charges of $60 per room to treat a few pet stains in each room were excessive as well as the $25 charge to clean a small walk-in closet. I like the way Zerorez cleans the carpets, but I felt the "add-on charges" were excessive.
We had had our carpets cleaned 5 years prior, and were worried that all of our stains and grime would not be removed on the first cleaning. You proved us wrong!!! Thank you.

I'm most impressed by how informative the service providers are. They take their time to explain the process and all that's related in a patient and kind way that is not condescending to the customer. I also love the fact that no chemicals are being brought into my home. It's amazing how great and clean my carpet looks! Thank you Thomas!!
Carpet is clean, vewry clean!!! Even the spots that other carpet cleaners could not get out, are gone!!! And there is no chemical smell of any kind.

I loved my service guy Jaimie. And the carpet was amazing after he was finished. When I moved here this carpet was horrible and had 2 other carpet cleaners that left it horrible saying it was clean. The technician was very knowledgeable. He told me about pet stains I had no idea the previous tenants even had pets and recommended a special treatment that worked amazingly. Everywhere I had complained of terrible spots his machine pulled up disgusting amounts of pet hair out of the carpet that was causing the heavy stains. YUK! Zerorez was AWESOME! I will definitely use them again, and again! After they cleaned it, now I am happy to entertain company again! I love Zerorez! I'll get the rest of my house done on the next special. The gentleman that showed up was professional, informative, and eager to please. I am very happy with my clean carpets. My carpet needed help as my dog got sick and stains were everywhere! I thought I had no hope. He even got rid of two marking stains that were neon yellow! So awesome. I plan to use your services again in the future. My only complaint is against the first person I spoke with while trying to set up my appointment. I couldn't get any information out of him. I had to be super pushy to even find out a price! Forgetting that unhelpful idiot - everyone else was amazing. The little lady I spoke to the day of my appointment was wonderful. She made me feel at ease while I waited for the technician to arrive.

I was not pleased when you cleaned and protected the carpet the first time, and I said so in your survey. You called me to reschedule and sent a person named Tom out. He was professional and did an excellent job, excellent.

I can tell that the carpet is really clean.
He cut the tape and mastic used in our air conditioning and put it back together using zip ties after I was told he had tape and mastic in the truck and would put it back the way it was. Not to mention I was quoted $350 for service and then he tried to sign me up for another $500 in additional cleaning. False advertising. Service Techs should do tech work, not sales. If you wanted to sell additional services it should be done on the phone when I make the appointment, not after.

Our carpets are still stained and there was damage made the drywall and paint from dragging the heavy hose against them. We're VERY unsatisfied with the $450 worth of "cleaning: we paid for. We were the one's who got soaked and hosed...
