Zerorez was a great choice for getting our carpets cleaned. Our technician, Cody, was incredible. He was so much more than a carpet cleaning tech. He knew so much, and was happy to explain anything and everything. You would have thought he made carpet for a living.

The treatment was very costly, it did not remove the dog urine odor, and the carpet is still crunchy. I would like to have the soiled areas treated again to completely remove the odor and the crunch.

It appears to me that you take advantage of customers when you are asked to do something additional. Your special was $89 for 3 rooms; however, it cost me $110 to clean 2 5 x 7 area rugs that took less than 10 minutes to clean. I was happy with the service and happy with the gentleman that came to clean. Don't know if I would recommend or use your services again when you rape the customers on extras.

The guys came and cleaned with efficiency on the time I asked them to do and add gave some nice suggests and I ended by adding more services than I expected in the beginning. Great job!
