Technician arrived exactly when he indicated he would. Was very courteous and did a very thorough job. We've had our aging carpet cleaned a number of times but this was by far the best job. Stains previous companies had told us wouldn't come out are no longer there.

I really like the Service Representative, Justin. He was very helpful in working with me regarding what areas I needed clean and ensuring that all our animals stayed inside the house.

I like that zerorez use green products. Zerorez came at 11:45 when my appointment window was between 11 and 1:30. I was presently surprised to see the technician during the early half of the appointment window.

This was a follow-up call, because we were not satisfied with our December 21st experience. The difference between this appointment and the December 21st fiasco was night and day. Thomas showed up ahead of schedule, which was wonderful, and he did a superb job at removing the stains. I was very impressed with how much time he spent making sure that I was satisfied, and in all honesty, there was nothing that I could possibly complain about with regard to the service, his professionalism, or the ultimate outcome. Zerorez has restored my faith in quality workmanship, and reinforces why I am a going to be a customer for life!
