No soap residue.
No harmful chemicals. I had the carpets cleaned yesterday and the air in my house smells fresh, not masked with a strong perfumed chemical . The caepets look new again.
By the end if the visit, I was out $500 instead of the $179 i had budgeted. Husband thought granite sealer was EXTREMELY OVERPRICED and the 2 chairs "cleaned" for $75 each still have noticeable spots. Sad. I would like to rec the carpet cleaning aspect but afraid my friends would be disappointed when pressed about other services. Make sense? Very nice guys but chairs were not cleaned well enough for the price;(
I feel like my carpets get a thorough cleaning, and there is no soapy residue left over.

The technician took time to answer my questions and was very knowledgable. I was pleased with the outcome of the carpet and upholstery cleaning and plan to call Zerorez soon to clean the bathroom and kitchen tile grout.
The results of the carpet cleaning were as great as I expected. The thing that was expecially exciting is how wonderful the wood floors turned out. They were a real mess after all the dust and other residue from multiple remodeling / repair projects including extensive foundation repairs that involved 14 interior piers, tile replacement, popcorn scraped from ceilings, wall paper removed, new counter-tops installed, etc. The wood floors were scratched, dull and the groves were filled with dust. Now they look great!

Mike Lindsey was my Serviceman and was extremely professional. Before proceeding with his work he clearly explained the System he used. I appreciated his attentiveness to details and the care he took with my furnishings. My carpets/rugs had not been cleaned in several years and really needed a good going-over. I plan on having my upstairs rooms cleaned this summer/ fall and will ask for him. Well, I called you up and use you (for the very first time this week) based on two factors: First: I’m an avid KLUV listener and Jodi Dean’s endorsements of your products convince me that you would do an outstanding job. Secondly, in those ads I got the impression that stains were no problem for you guys and that basically you can get out almost anything (reference paint, crayons, wax, etc. removed)
When your technician arrived, I told him that in addition to doing my house (the 3 room special for $79) I was most interested in having my wife’s Lexus SC 430 carpets clean. Please bear in mind this is a small two-seater car with not much carpet. Though the price you quoted $80 seem quite high as compared to your 3 rooms special, I felt that would be worth it to restore her carpets. When your technician finished, he called me out to look and said that he’d gotten most of it out. The sky was overcast, the carpets were soaked (not just wet) and looking at them under those conditions, I thought they looked much improved. However, after he left, I remove the carpeted mats to help with the drying… and discovered that in direct sunlight the carpet had been brushed in a direction that made it look much cleaner than it actually was!
Your technician also cleaning the three rooms in my house, and frankly I can see no big change to any of those carpets, however they were in good shape.
All I can say is, if this is the best you can do on my wife’s car for $80, after Jodi Dean’s endorsements bragging about your ability to remove stains… I’m extremely disappointed!
Nice to see the rep was half hour earlier the schedule time. The associate was very nice to move my furniture where other DONT. how fast the the proccess was done and clean the carpet looked. removed stains that we were not able to do it... Great work...

You were able to get our 17 year old carpeting a lot cleaner than we expected.
the price is too high, once you arrive on scene to do anything more than the 3 rooms for 89.00. Stain and pet treatment per room is too high. Like everyone, you get on scene, in the door and then you hit us with the real prices to do the job. basic cleaning of three rooms for 89.00 is fine and the carpets are better than they were.
