don't send out a technician that does not know how to do his job. having to send out a second technician to get the job done looks bad.
There are several things I like about this company. First the phone call I wasn't rushed threw the conversation, tricked into buying unnecessary products or services and had no wait time. I loved the fact that the service man was informative from step one all the way to the time he left. He explained every single thing he was doing and showed me examples of how the scotch guard protectant worked. Also being considerate of my cat and small child while cleaning. I enjoy the fact that there isn't a bunch of chemicals used and only water. I have already recommended several family and friends and will continue to do so. As well as continue to call on Zerorez when I need my carpets cleaned. Thank you all for doing exactly what I expected!
I think the technician did a so-so job. I didn't appreciate the sales pitch once he was in my home. There was a veiled threat that unless I bought this service or that service ZeroRez would not guarantee the work done. Some area were barely damp while other areas were soaking wet. While the carpet looks ok and smells ok, the overall experience was disapointing. Miguel was friendly and was able to answer most of my questions.
My guy did a phenomenal job on some really terrible stains!
I like the no soap use a lot. At Scott McDonald Properties, we manage a number of residential properties and we only use Zerorez! Nothing else even comes close to their quality and courteous service.
I appreciated the technician pointing out the problem areas many of which were not visible to the naked eye. They recommended a treatment plan that got the carpets clean.

Quick clean and the service man answered all queswtions and was very knowledgeable plus polite.
One of the workers broke my lamp. He said it would be replaced and we have not heard from zero rez or anyone regarding replacing the lamp. I find this very distrubing and would appreciate the lamp replaced. I had used this company before and was pleased but after breaking my lamp, not replacing it, and not contacting me I will probably not use this company again.
How clean everything looks, feels, smells! This is my second time to use zerorez, first was back in October 2012, with carpet and upholstery cleaning for sofa. This time was carpet and tile, I am so pleased with the services provided.
I have recommended Zerorez to several people, which 3 have recently had services and are thankful for the recommendation. Hearing them all rave, made me realize it was about time to have you all out again.

The Techs are always prompt, friendly, and do a great job on the carpet.
Service tech was very personable and friendly. Worked efficiently, and effectively. All stains were removed from the carpet. We had grease (as in heavy vehicle type grease), and some small blood stains from when husband cut his toe. Rest was just dirty from use and foot traffic. All the stains etc are gone, we now have a really clean carpet.

First, I wish to commend your employee, D.C., who showed real professionalism and courtesy. His approach of hard work and knowledge of your product is refreshing to find in today's business world. Second, the cleaning process resulted in my 15-year old carpets looking better than I ever thought possible. Also, D.C.'s work on my tile floors was excellent and they, too, appear much improved. The service providers have been kind and courteous. They have been efficient and removed a stain I did not think would come out.
The workers were very professional and thorough. They explained things to me upfront and explained any possible snags (stains or whathaveyou) right at the beginning. There were no surprises and the price quoted was the price charged. There's nothing I hate more than to have the price change last minute or have surprise charges.
