How clean the carpet looks when finished
My tech was very courteous and respectful. He told me exactly what to expect from the cleaning and how much. He did a wonderful job cleaning. I was very pleased with his work.

My service technician was kind, thoughtful, and knows how to listen. He provided excellent customer service and a high quality job. I am very satisfied.

I was very disappointed in the arrival time of the technician - problems finding the building (which Bob McKee said he would take care of), 3 phone calls to find out where he was, an hour late (I had driven 175 miles to supervise this and needed to be back for an engagement). Once the work started all was fine - very pleased with the technician.

Your ad says you can get all stains out. The technician was not able to get the Kool-Aid stains out of the carpet.
I was talked into and paid $150 more to get the pet urine smell out of a section of my carpet. Less than 24 hours later I smell it again.
