The lack of chemical use is my primary approval to hire ZeroRez for my carpet cleaning needs. Their staff explains the details and have knowlege of what they are doing. The last time we used them I noticed that the carpet stayed clean longer and the stains do not show up/resurface after a couple of weeks, like it does when the other company uses chemicals.

The main thing is that the carpet is clean and looks like new. I also liked that the technician didn't spend a lot of time pushing additional services on me. He made me aware of the additional services without using a hard sell approach that really turns me off.

If we had been told by the person on the phone and also the tech when he arrived that the pet stains could not be removed--then I may not have had the carpets cleaned--I just remembered that on all the radio commercials they all stated all stains could not be removed. Paying 200.00+ dollars and still not cleaned was disappointing.Tech was nice and was on time.

No residue or soap left in carpet

Carpets look really clean. All stains were removed. Tech was very efficient and polite. My only concern was that he cleaned the front area rug for me and it sits on a wood surface. The moisture went all the way through even though he said it would not. I had to remove the rug while it dried in order not to affect my wood floor. However, he cleaned that rug for free as a "thank you". I do appreciate that very much, just glad I doubled checked. Could have discolored my wood floor. All in all, am very pleased and would highly recommend. Thanks you.

The carpet looked like brand new after the cleaning. Our carpet is almost 7 yrs old, and we have two toddlers and two indoor dogs. To see how clean Zerorez was able to treat our soiled carpet was astounding! We also loved how the carpet felt so fluffy after the cleaning and how it took no time at all to dry up!
