I liked your product but the service was less than satisfactory. It was during the holiday season and they said it would take three weeks for my wool rug. After six weeks I called and someone told me my rug was drying and they would give me a call back. No one called back so I called again. After several phone calls the manager finally called me and told me that my rug had never been sent out and they would put a rush on it because I was having a party, he also said because they had to do it so quickly I would most likely not get the best results.
Like I said I feel you have a great product, I thought my rug would of looked better but it still looks better than it did.
There was no smell and each step was explained to us. Cody did an excellent job and we would definitely recommend him to our friends.

Emphasis on lack of chemical residue
I feel like the carpets are better after they have been cleaned and they seem to stay looking nice weeks after cleaning. However on the last cleaning I was not pleased with the technicians who advised they would not move any furniture, not even the chairs or couch to clean the complete room. My husband & I had to move all the furniture in order to get the entire room cleaned. Not my idea of good service! Also, I paid premium $ to have my rug sent to the shop for cleaning. I was told it would be returned within 2-3 weeks however when we did not receive the rug back in that time frame and called to inquire we were told that evidently my rug had been "lost"! You had my rug for over 6 weeks, even though you returned $50 to me I still feel that I had been "ripped off"! Although I am not pleased with the last service rendered I will likely use Zerorez again for my carpet cleaning - I do hope the next time I will have a better experience.

The first ZeroRez representative gave me a call to meet him at my house but was not there as promised. I had to call your office in order to get a response. The office attendant had to send another representative to start and complete the job. I would like a manager to call me at ( Phone number removed.

Carpet looked very clean and there were no chemical smells. Jonas was very courteous, polite and through in explaining services. However, I was not told on the phone whe setting up the cleaning about a fuel. That was the surprising extra charge when I paid. Otherwise very satidied with service provided.
The technican explained everything he was going to do, was thorough and efficient.
