Excellent techs, friendly and efficient.
Seem to get the carpets clean and doesn't appear to leave any residue behind that aids in the soiling of the carpets that much faster.
Max, your tech, help clean several very troubled areas. Everything is a lot cleaner in my high traffic areas. I was skeptical at first but I am glad I finally got it done. If your product says what it does than I am so thankful for Zerorez.

Zerores was effective and meds my 7 yr old carpet look new. The service was very warm, friendly and professional. There were no surprises . They were even a little early and called ahead as promised. I am very pleaed and will use them from now on.

I like the service, but did not receive a receipt for the treatment.
Had urine treatment and can still smell pet urine.
The pet treatment does not remove the smell from the carpet. My couches were not moved and cleaned under. Jaime was very nice and efficient. All in all, I was happy with the service but will not get the pet treatment again. Thank you for a job well done.
