Because the company only uses water and no chemicals. Also the guy that cleaned my carpets explained to me the procedure and did a great job. My carpets looks and feel so good. He was highly qualified and efficient. He was also very courteous.
I was charged for a trip fee that I wasn't told about upfront. Furthermore, the urine odor was not removed in one of the rooms. I am really disappointed and hope that someone will call and have them come back out and redo the family room.
The technician was right on time, very courteous and did an excellent job on carpets that hasn't been cleaned for seven years. I had used a spot carpet scrubber for pet accidents and over time, the carpet developed obvious round spots where the shampoo left in the carpet had drawn more dirt than the surrounding carpet. The carpet looks like new now.
I especially liked that, with no residue left, my carpets should stay cleaner. I also appreciated that I wasn't pressured to buy other services. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend it.

I appreciated Ron Self's professionalism and experience as he cleaned my 7-year-old carpet. He got out some hard spots that other carpet cleaners have not been able to remove. He definitely went the extra mile and also gave me some great tips to prevent future stains, save money and maintain my fresh-smelling, almost like-new carpet.

Wednesday I called in to place a service call after hearing your ad on the radio. RJ Choppy on 105.3 the fan Dallas advertised the “$100 fullers jewelry special”, and I use quotes because that’s what he said and has been saying over and over again. I placed a service call for Thursday afternoon, and requested 3 rooms plus a closet added on. I also told the guy making the reservation if the pet treatment was only $20 or so, I’d be willing to do that as well.
Yesterday they come in, my wife is there and she’s sometimes an easy target. Well your guys took FULL advantage of that. They broke out a black light, went over the whole house, and literally scared her into doing every room in our downstairs. They put a real hard sell on her. They also told her “You’re husband requested a pet treatment as well, that’s an extra $180.” Which is COMPLETELY against what I spelled out over the phone. They also told her this treatment would “take away the smell so they don’t pee there anymore” when referring to pet stains, and again I’m quoting what my wife was told. What I expected to be a $150 to $200 service call became a $425 invoice, THAT is not only ridiculous, it’s bullying. One of the rooms he added on that I was even charged full price for has about 20 square feet of carpet to clean, less than the closet!
Adding to this, they did an incomplete job. Your guy promised your “special pet deodorizer” would remove all the smells and stains from the carpet. Well they missed some spots, there’s plainly a pet stain right in the middle of the main room that they didn’t touch. They also didn’t clean a good portion of the bedroom closet, which is why I initially placed the call. I had a cat pee in there, and they didn’t clean the area the cat peed on. You can plainly see there’s no brush markings in that section from your equipment, it still smells like cat pee, and it was dry and untouched unlike the rest of the carpets in the house 5 hours later. Finally to add insult to injury, your pet deodorizer doesn’t remove the odor to where the cat cannot smell it. 2 hours after your guy left, the cat peed on one of the same spots near where your guy missed the main room stain. Maybe its because your guy didn’t do a thorough enough job, I don’t know, but the work was shoddy and unacceptable.
And to add insult to injury, your guy left us NO fullers gift certificate. Also your invoice says it’s an $89 gift certificate? Well that’s just the cherry on top of a great big crap sundae.
At this point I’m pretty upset, upset enough to begin filing complaints with anyone who would listen and telling everyone I know (friends, coworkers, social media, etc.) about this situation. Unless you work to make this situation right, I will begin my campaign. The ball is in your court, and I will begin Monday morning. I don't know what you're willing to offer, but it better be good.

This cleaning visit was the only time I have been disappointed with the service and professionalism of the technician. Miguel did not put on booties when he entered my house. He did not use corner guards to protect the walls. He also brought in a filtering device hooked up between two blue vacuum hoses which popped apart and leaked water all over my wood floors. He attempted to clean it up iny with the vacuum, leaving quite a bit of water on the wood floor. I pointed this out and he then tried to dry it up with a cloth. The wood seemed to bubble up. It was several hours later before the wood looked normal again.
Your company has cleaned my home several times, but this one visit was very disappointing!

your service is great however this time I noticed some areas that were discolored come back the very next day and know what is allowed or not on our floors theres nothinging that should stain to do that....Also Mike cleaned our closet where we had pet urine. Before we didnteven know its there and now we can barely stand to go in there.

Jamie the gentleman who came to clean the carpet did a spectacular job. He took his tome to inspect my carpet as well as recommend what would be the best cleaning solutions. My carpet was extremely stained and dirty when he finished it looked like new carpet I was so amazed at his servic and the time he took to ensure he did as best a job as possible. I would definitely use Zerorez again in the future.
