This is the cleanest that my carpets have ever been. Also the tech's are clean cut, nice , and timely.

The hot water system
Although we were very pleased with the carpet and tile cleaning, there was a problem with the process of sealing the tile. Relying on the technicians as the "experts" turned out to be the wrong decision. The tile should not have had a sealer put on it; consequently, our hallway (wood) is now dulled due to the tile sealer being tracked onto it. On top of that, the entryway (also wood) got scratched by some of the cleaning equipment.

You always do more than we ask. That in itself is a selling tool about which I can tell my friends. The only thing about your service that I don't like is that you do not include or mention anything about the extra $10.00 fuel charge that you add to your price after you get to our house. That rubs me the wrong way that there is an adder for gas when we have been paying more than $3.00 a gallon for several years. My yard man tells me up front that, if gas gets over $4.00 a gallon that he will have to charge me an extra $5.00 per mowing. Well, I can handle that, because I know it is coming, but his price will automatically go back down when the price of gas goes back down. I hear your ads every morning on KLUV and Jody Dean never mentions the hidden charge in the price deals you offer. Well, Why not?? I will certainly tell my friends about it and I will ask if there are any hidden charges the next time I have work done by Zerorez... Fred Rasmussen

person did a great job cleaning the carpet. It seemed to really restore the appearance of the carpet more than when done by other service providers.
There was only one place I needed special cleaning from where my dog slept and its still there. I will say that it is hard to see, so on your next visit, I'd like to get that taken care of.
Honestly the work you did and your serviceman was excellent. The ONLY reason I'm not likely to recommend is price. $400 for an over-sized couch an area rug seems very high to me and not something I would do again. Again, Joe was great and he did a great job - but the price was just too steep for us.
The fact that you do not use any chemicals. We suffer from Allergies at home and knowing our house is going to be cleaned and sanitized without any products is great!
Make appointment with Zerorez because of the high recommendation the morning WBAP 820 AM Radio clan. When I expected the cost to be more than the $69 special quoted on the air due to pet stains and odor, I did not expect $304 for two small bedrooms, a small living area, and short hallway, all vacant with no furniture. It is in a home that I am trying to sell and I had to use Zerorez because it was too late to get someone else. I have not been back to see if it worked or not. Next time in my new home I will phone ChemDry, as I have never been surprised with them and like their results. Perhaps you can ask more thoroughly when an appointment is made and not have the shock by the customer that I experienced.
Only because we had to have technicians over twice for our carpet cleaning - my only recommendation is to improve the technician's communication with the customer about recurrence of stains. Otherwise great job!
Timely and thorough
Need to let your customers know up front what the cost is going to be for cleaning the carpet. I listen to the radio and here your ads all the time. 3 rooms pre treated and sanitized for 89.99 . Well I got that price but I also was charged 45 extra dollars and did not know why. It was just added on my bill without an pre approval from me . I think that the tech was good but he should have told me about the charge before he started. I kinda feel like I was taken advantaged of by zerorez. It was like I got a fast one pulled on me.
