Carpet looks great every time...great customer service
My only issue was my cleaner showed up 45 minutes early. I did not receive any message prior to arrival. He did do a great job and was very friendly

Cody, who shampooed our carpets was very nice and helpful. I think he did a very good job and gave me some helpful information. I will use Zerorez again.

We like your 'empowered water' process. During our time in north Texas we have tried many carpet cleaning companies. Zerorez is the only one we have invited back in to our home.
There were juice stains in the carpet that I felt the technician should have been able to get out. But the stains are still there.

The tech seemed to be in a hurry. Had to ask him to go back to back bathroom to get the blood stain out of carpet. The stain is still there. Randy Jones did an excellent job the first time, Justin was not as complete with his cleaning.

Not all stains were removed.
The scheduling was horrible. I requested a morning only appointment. I was told I would be contacted 24 - 48 hours before my Monday morning appointment with a two hour window. I was not contacted at all. I finally called at 8:20 Monday morning and was told someone would call me between 11:00 am and 1:30 pm to schedule an appointment. I don't know what universe you live in but on planet Earth 1:30 pm is NOT a morning appointment.
Joe was very considered, explained everything, listened to our concerns, and did a wonderful job.
Zerorez exceeded my expectations again and I would use them again.

I thought the carpets looked really good after being cleaned. The only thing I would suggest is that you advise that there is a $10 fee for gas that is not included in the cost that is quoted. I had not idea this fee was being applied until I received the email. The phone rep didn't let me know.

I like the face there are no chemicals being used to clean carpets. Also love the new machine being used prior to the cleaning!
