What do you like about our products and services?

I thought that the customer service was great! I really liked Paul (i hope I remembered his name correctly) He was very sweet and explained everything thoroughly. My carpet looks great. The only problem is that I still smell the dog urine.

What do you like about our products and services?

Liked everything from the start of scheduling the appointment. The price given to me at the time of the appointment was exactly what I paid, no surprises or high pressured sale to add on something else. Not by the scheduler or the tech who cleaned my carpets. The tech was very good at explaining what he would be doing and how the carpet should look and at discussing some of my really difficult spots. Ron was my tech and I really can't say enough nice things about him and how he represented the company or the service. Lastly, WOW... My carpets looked even better than I could have wished for, the difficult stains that Ron discussed with me, GONE. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to all my friends and family. Great price, great service, great result. THANKS!!!

Very professional serviceman. Ron was very helpful to me as I am currently recovering from major surgery. He worked around my furniture so I was always sitted. My carpets looks as good as when it was installed.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Kyle was annoying. He tried several times to up sell my mother...,,after she had already declined the pet treatment. Then he came to my condo, and tried to up sell me after I had told him the carpet cleaning was a gift from my mother.

My condo is on the second floor. He was not sure, even after I showed him how, to get the hose in place. He said he was by himself. I told him the last time they came out there was only one person.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The service tech did a great job but when it came time for my bill I was not happy I got charged a extra 180.00 for pet treatment. Yes I asked for the pet treatment , but if he had told me how much it was going to cost I would have not had him do it!! It was not worth 180.00 this is a rental I don't own this house!!

Well I have had 2 experiences with your company and the 1st was superior and this 2nd time here on Sat was disappointing. So I suppose I would recommend you because this could have been a fluke, seeing as I was very pleased with first visit.

I am especially grateful for the honesty given from the rep upon his arrival. I knew our carpet was in bad shape from our pets, but hadn't considered that a cleaning wouldn't make a difference in the stains/odors. The rep explained very well how the initial cleaning would not pick up any deep stains and odors, and adding on the extra costs for deep cleaning, etc. would not guarantee that the carpets would remain clean as deep stains and odors may reappear. We decided to skip the cleaning this time and just replace our flooring eventually. I still would recommend Zerorez in a heartbeat, because years ago when I used them my carpets became clean (no pets in the house at that time) and stayed clean for a long time, and also because of their genuine honesty to their customers. Thank you.

What could we do to improve?

Thank you for asking. Several things.
When I first called, I was told that I would get a call Friday 01-24-2014 to schedule a two hour window for the cleaning. No call then, but got a phone message over the weekend that you would be out Tuesday 01-28-2014 between 1:30 and 4:00 PM. The crew showed up before Noon without calling first. Fortunately, I was ready for them so no problem there.
However, this was our third or fourth time using you. This time it seems like the carpet is not as soft as before. It feels "crunchy" and the carpet fibers are not standing up like before.
