We've had Zerorez clean our carpets twice and have been pleased with the outcome both times. Our carpets look good as new and smell that way as well.

There were 3 stains in our carpet I had hoped would come out with the cleaning and didn't. The cleaner who came to our house didn't mention them, and I didn't notice them right away. It took a couple of days for them to re-surface so I was disappointed our stains remain.

Jason and Daniel came out yesterday and definitely put my mind at ease. They were both great guys, both very knowledgeable and both very meticulous in their work. I was extremely impressed at Daniel's level of knowledge and expertise on AC and duct systems. He had an immediate and comprehensive answer to every question I had.
In addition, both Jason and Daniel stressed that they wanted me to be completely satisfied before they left, and I most certainly am. You have valuable assets in both of those gentlemen in that they are excellent tradesmen and excellent representatives for your company. It was obvious that they genuinely took pride in their work and specifically in the company that they did the work for. I'm sure you know it can be hard to find that combination in an employee. If I may be so bold, I'd suggest a healthy pay raise for both of them!

We have already recommended Zerorez to several people since we had our carpet and tile cleaned last week. The result was so much better than when we had Dalworth clean it. Also, the young guy that cleaned the carpets was outstanding! He was so professional and had the absolute best attitude. It might sound silly to say but his parents and the company should be proud of him.

Clean, effective, beautiful results. No stiff, dark carpets. I have off-white carpets and when Zerorez leaves, they are fluffy, soft and clean. Amazing spot removal, too!

I like the fact that there are no harmful chemicals in the process and no soap products that attract dirt. The hot steam and vacuum process leaves the carpet cleaner and stays clean for a longer time.

High pressure sales at every single turn. I was exhausted by the time my two houses were cleaned. I have 9 houses and I will not endure this pressure every time I need my carpets cleaned. I just spent $589 two weeks ago with your company that was unsuccessful. I got suckered into an encapsulator treatment for smoke smell which didn't do anything whatsoever! I felt like I was at a car dealership and they were pressuring me to buy the extended warranty. I have several friends that have several properties and I will definitely be telling them about this situation. I just want a good job at a good price, "period".
My wife was not told of the added cost of pre-treatment until after your crew finished. It added $180 to our supposed $89 three rooms and a hall price. The crew did not clean under the two chairs in the living room that were pushed back towards the back door by us. All they had to do was move them forward and clean under them so now it looks terrible there.
We were shocked by the $312 price when they told her after the work. please be up front about treatment prices before doing that work in the future.

The technician is very friendly and the carpets are very clean without a lot of chemicals that later on attract dirt and make the carpets dirtier. I am a realtor and I recommend to all my clients that are preparing their homes to sell them to call Zerorez.
