Carpets and upholstery look great! Friendly service!
simply not working. I have hairs on the carpets and the hairs are still there after the cleaning.
Prompt and competent
The employees are quick and efficient. The product does not leave any type of residue on my carpet.
The fact that they work. Used kiwi once and they really sucked. Carpet was just a matted down mess. Zerorez made my carpet feel new again.

Move light furniture and clean instead of cleaning around the light furniture. Also, my business partner was called three times and emailed instead of me despite the fact that each time zerorez was given the correct information.

My house smells clean and the carpets are spotless. Reagen, our technician, was extremely knowledgeable. He also had excellent customer service skills.
Do same as my neighbor's house "basic clean" but allow spots to be cleaned better w/o extra charge for 1st time customers. Also your name means no residue but your man started by putting something he called citrus which I guess is not a chemical. When you say $89 on KRLD for 3 rooms it should be $89 but I paid $159. Talk to you rep who came to my house.
the quality of work
Kyle Rogers was terrific!! He made it a point to explain every step of the process and did a very thorough job. My carpet looks new and I could not be happier!! This is the second time I used Zerorez and I will NEVER trust my carpet to any other company.
Love that there's no itchy burning sensation in my throat after a Zerorez cleaning like when it is done by other companies.
Carpets are very clean and almost like new! Your personnel are always competent and professional and the job is done quickly and thoroughly.

(we sent this response to your Email address removed e-mail address this morning) We wanted to write and say how pleased we were with Daniel and Dewayne yesterday while they were here cleaning our carpets. Now, THAT'S customer service! If all your technicians are like them, your company should be doing very well. They were both very professional, friendly, and took great care in protecting our home from all the hoses/equipment winding through the house(by using the orange corner wall protectors), making sure the Heating/AC guys, who were ALSO here, didn't walk on the cleaned areas, without shoe covers, once the carpets were cleaned, and perhaps most importantly to our famiy, we have 4 inside cats-two of which are very social.(so they were out and about the whole time Daniel and Dewayne were here) They made sure to be careful with having to leave the door cracked, and used the detergent bottles I had to seal off the opening. They showed they cared about our home as if it were their own. Big thanks to them! We'll be requesting them the next time we call, for sure. Our carpets look great. We are first time customers, thanks to Sean Hannity and Mark Davis. We decided to try your company because we trust their judgement. Thank you for proving them right. Would you consider giving Daniel and Dewayne a raise? They deserve it. Others could take a lesson from them-be kind to the customer,converse with the customer,value their home,and do a great job! Tell them thanks again for us! I have referred my sister and brother-n-law, and you will be cleaning their carpets on Monday, in Frisco. We know they'll be pleased, as well. My carpet always comes clean and looks the best it can when Z is finished. It dries pretty fast with the routine of the service.
