It is just clean and fast what can I say and that kid James not a kid but he is very nice he doesn't get all upset when I don't want to buy more he ex[lains what I need but isn't pushy I like that.
My carpets had stains from being rented out for the last year. Your tech came out and educated me on what he was doing. Your tech was very knowledgeable and nice. He did a outstanding job and my carpet looks great. I would use Zerorez when it is needed based on the attitude, and quality of work.

I used zerorez of carrollton to do tile cleaning and had a terrible experience. They did not do what they were supposed to and had a hidden gas surcharge that was never referenced in the quote. They left a wet mess in my house and didn't really know what to do about it. When I called the tech manager said that he has 40 technicians and "really can't control what that many people do." He had a terrible attitude. He couldn't tell me what the techs were supposed to have done. The worst part is my tiles are still filthy. The manager did call me back to reschedule another service for next week. This will ensure payment, but now I have to spend another day having my floors done, keep a close eye on the tech this time and put everything back - again. It has put me out quite a bit to have this done a second time. I would rather just have my money back so I can get another service. I could stop payment, but I feel I have an obligation to give the company a chance to redo the floors.
I like that you use non toxic products. The service was prompt and very friendly.
I thought your prices were extremely high. Your tech was wonderful. He was thorough, professional, and personable and did an excellent job. But I must tell you I didn't experience the same quality when I made the appointment and called with further questions.
My carpet looks new and mariah and ahmed cud not have been more friendly and helpful...i have already told people about what a great job and it has been only one day...i can't believe the low cost .I will always call zerorez from now on....judd monroe...bedford..tx.
CLEANING APPARATUS WAS BROKEN WHEN TRUCK FIRST ARRIVED. HAD TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER TRUCK. YOUNG MAN WHO CLEANED OUR CARPET WAS A LITTLE ABRASIVE IN HIS ANSWERS TO US.
Move furniture and clean carpet under furniyute, and when cleaning bathroom carpet opened the door and clean carpet around the toile.

The job was adequate, and it was done quickly and the carpets dried quickly. It's just not the cleanest my carpet has been after a cleaning.
I learned a lesson about getting carpets cleaning in sub-freezing weather! The pumps freeze and the job does not get finished! What was done, however was very good! Thank you!
Was pressured into paying 3 times the amount I was quoted on the phone! After telling the guy no and that I didn't want it anymore, he was pressuring me into it. I felt like he was being completely disrespectful towards my wishes and how much I was willing to pay ( the amount I was quoted, plus even a little more). He wouldn't leave and continued to pry until he finally got me to let him begin! I, or my extended family will never use this company again. I understand they can't always quote you the exact amount since they haven't done a walk through, but when he says it will be 5x the amount from the beginning, and ended up coming down in price till it was "only" 3x the amount I agreed to, I feel like this was not acceptable. Never once have I ever felt pressured into something, but I didn't feel like I had a choice. Very rude the entire time and even made disrespectful comments towards me when I asked questions.

House smells fresh and clean. Carpet feels great on fresh feet. Jason arrived right on time, explained the theory behind Zerorez, and answered all our questions.
Joseph was an outstanding representative for your company. He and his colleague were polite and worked diligently all day long on a difficult job. Our HVAC company came to our house the next day to do some work and told us that they had never seen ducts this clean before. Our carpets and furniture looked like new and were so soft after the cleaning.
The pair who came out to clean my carpeting and sofas left large track marks on the sofas. They worked on a spot on the carpeting so much that there was a dark ring around the spot that looked worse than the spot.
I called the next day and Thomas, a supervisor, came out. He made it right. He re-dampened the sofas and "brushed" the nap so that there are no marks from the cleaning equipment. He got the carpeting to look clean. That is how it should have looked the first time.
I prefer a natural choice when I can find one. Fewer chemicals is always best. Amazing how the $79 3 room special turned to $356.
