I asked to have carpet stretched but no one advised when I called that we had to move all the furniture in the room just that the tech would look at it when he got there and he didn't have enough manpower to move when he was there. More info at time of call in would have been great. Did not get carpet stretched. Living room couch and love seat were cleaned around and not moved and we asked about it while tech was there and he advised no extra charge to do it and no problem. We could have moved the couches for him if I had known he was not going to clean under them. Very disappointed.

The guys said they sprayed Pet cleaner beforehand, but it didn't seem like they did. In just one week, we could smell the pet odor.

The technician was prompt, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the service. This was the best my carpet has ever looked after a cleaning. I am particularly impressed with the recovery of the fibers of the carpet which were flat from traffic. Thank you for an excellent experience. It certainly lived up to the advertisements.

I wanted just the basic cleaning for my carpets, no special treatments, because I want to see how clean my carpets would be with only the regular process. However, the technician insisted that because I had some pet problems, the carpets had to be pre-treated, and, in fact, refused to proceed unless the treatment was performed. This increased the price for the cleaning job by 150%, even though I was offered a "special price" for the treatment. And this was for a Level 1 treatment! Level 2 would have been even more costly!! I signed up for my carpet cleaning in response to the various specials being advertised on radio station KRLD. It appears these were loss-leader specials designed to attract new customers only to require additional services be purchased.

Liked the lack of heavy smell

The tech was almost an hour late and the cost was more than I was quoted on the phone. A fuel surcharge? Really?

A couple of problems with the carpet stretching job. The carpet wasn't tucked under the baseboards on one side of the room, so I had to do that myself. And the new seams are very noticeable.

James Last name removed and Carlos explained everything before it was done and afterwards-very courteous and polite and did nothing without asking me first-they were ahead of the scheduled time-would only want those two to come back for further clean ups in my house

However, I would appreciate it if Bo Last name removed would give me a call regarding one of his customer service representatives that almost cancelled the whole cleaning process.There were a lot of issues that James Last name removed apologized for on behalf of the company-although he, himself had nothing to do with the bad customer service at the time I called.
