No chemicals
Service people were great.
It is always 3 times what you think you are going to pay, so I would not feel comfortable recommending a product/servicr that is not upfront on cost

No soap residue and VERY clean. Easy to schedule and folks are friendly. I also like the use of technology, examples are email notifications of the appointment and PDF invoice emailed to me right when the work was done.
I have used your firm before, and was disappointed none of the small furniture was moved including very small end tables.
I was also very disappointed that when I bought the extra protection spray, again nothing was moved. The two places most likely to receive a spill were not even sprayed.
I spent $160 to get a 15'x20' room cleaned. Very poor value.
Your last person moved all small tables and chairs.
Your service men were great. They went above and beyond what was expected. Very polite and nice. We have used Zerorez for about 5 years and this was probably the best experience, not that the others were anything but good, this year just better. We will definitely keep coming back.

Great service
The technician, Roberto, was very congenial, and offered helpful information. Because of that, we upgraded our order from $99 to $430 including the tile in the hall and two rooms. After he departed, we were expecting the grout area between the tiles to be much more back to it's natural and original color. In places it was not. And, when my wife returned to inspect our progress, she found two spots next to walls where the tile itself wasn't really clean, and one area of carpet next to a wall (which Roberto and I talked about prior) which didn't get clean.

It was an easy process and we like there is a lack of chemicals.

WHEN BOB CAME ON FIRDAY 12/20/2013 TO LOOK AT THE ROOM THAT NEEDED TO BE CLEANED HE TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE BUFFED, CLEANED AND A ANTI-BACTERIAL APPLIED BECAUSE THE FLOOR HAD BE WET AND THAT WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE SMELL, FOR 180.00. THE GENTLMAN CAME OUT TO CLEAN THE CARPET LATER THAT AFTERNOON AND WHEN I ASKED HIM ABOUT THE BUFFING HE TOLD ME THAT THE CARPET DID NOT NEED THAT BECAUSE THE CARPET WAS NOT DIRTY. ALL HE DID WAS CLEAN THE CARPET AND STILL CHARGED ME 180.00 PLUS TAX. BOB AND THE TECH WERE FAR FROM BEING ON THE SAME PAGE, SO I FEEL ONE OF THEM WAS NOT HONEST WITH ME AND I WAS CHARGED FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT GET.

The carpets looked great! We had coffee stains and high traffic areas and they really did a great job! Service was great - the rep who came out was so friendly and quick.
When my wife, son, and I moved into a rental home in the fall of last year, we requested the landlord to have the carpets cleaned. He used a competitor of yours. The carpets seemed to be cleaned. However, as time went by, we started smelling pet odors in the master bedroom and in another bedroom. The previous tenants had a dog. The odor would come and go. We decided to get the carpets cleaned because of spills my son made and also because of the pet odors. I had been listening to Zerorez radio commercials for the past year and decided to go with them. When I made an appointment with Zerorez, I mentioned to the customer representative there were pet odors in our house.
Ken your associate was fantastic. When he arrived, he first did a thorough inspection in every room of the house. He used a black light to determine if there was any pet urine. I asked him if he was told about the pet odors we had. He said no. He said it was customary for Zerorez to do an inspection for pets before cleaning. He did a thorough job. He showed me where the dog urine stains were in the master bedroom and the other two bedrooms. Ken then provided me two options to remove the urine stains and smells. I went with the guaranteed option. I didn't want anything to chance.
After cleaning the bedrooms, Ken came down and started cleaning the living room. With the equipment Ken was using, you could see all the dog hair being pulled up from the carpet. I couldn't believe how much dog hair was in the carpet. I first thought the equipment Ken was using wasn't cleaned, that there was leftover hair in the equipment. However, it wasn't the case. Ken also showed me the residue of soap that was left behind from the previous cleaners.
Your competitor didn't do a thorough job of cleaning the carpets. I even wonder if they did clean the carpets. There were three people who showed up to clean the carpets, two actually doing the work. They were in and out of the house within an hour. Ken was at my house for 3 hours. My landlord was charged for removing odors in the carpet. Your competitors didn't remove the pet odors. Needless to say, I was impressed with Zerorez and will recommend you to my friends.
my carpet always looks so much better! I got it done for christmas - and with 3 dogs, I needed some help....now I can be proud to invite everyone in - even my sister in law!

How good the carpets look and that it is not so wet.
The results speak for themselves. Our carpet looks new every time we have had it cleaned. The scheduling process is great. We like the smaller windows of arrival so we aren't waiting around for a tech to show.
I like how clean the carpets feel when your done.
Removed a stain others could not.
Better quality. The stains are gone and they stay gone. Carpets are dry when crews leave.
