The gentlemen who cleaned my September were very polite an knowledgeable. However, I was told if I paid extra to get this spray that eliminates the pet odor and traps the bacteria, that would eliminate my dogs pee smell where he had a couple accidents. In one room they sprayed and it worked great, however, in the master bedroom (which I have to sleep in every night) they obviously didn't spray all the carpet like they said they would because there is now and overwhelming smell of urine that was not there before. He old me that would happen if I didn't get the spray, but I did and he said that would not happen with the spray! So either I was lied to or they didn't spray properly like they were supposed to! I feel cheated out of the extra money I was charged! You could fix it by coming and cleaning the master bedroom carpet again and spraying properly! I had to buy a carpet powder that eliminates odors just so my wife and I could sleep in the bedroom without wanting to vomit. -Jonathan Last name removed

PROMPT AND CURTIOUS SERVICE
I've used Zerorez on two homes -- and BOTH times I made the appointment for a special promotion I heard on the radio -- and BOTH times it cost me far more than the advertised price supposedly because of special stains that needed additional treatment -- so instead of spending just over $200 -- it was nearly $500! How can I honestly recommend you to friends? You asked how take it right? Honor the original advertised price. Also, you took my money for extra stains which did NOT come out, and I had to tear up the carpet, anyway. Thank you! -- Lynne

Explain the cost of the pet treatment and prevention treatment on the front end...before the technician arrives.
There are 5 or so places where the pet treatment must have been too light or overlooked...just unavoidable I am sure. However, I would like to have those spots retreated and cleaned.

The add was $99 for 3 rooms- I did expect that it would be more but I was told that to get the pet stains out of the rug it would be $247 - the stains are still there and did not come out and this was disappointing. I have no other way to evaluate their service.

The courtesy and professionalism of the guys that were out here was excellent. I will definitely recommend zerorez to friends, family and co workers. Our carpet and grout looks great!
No residue. Technicians have always been on time. I would prefer that the carpets not be left as wet as they have been. Randy used the Pro Brush(?) on one of my carpets and the results were pretty amazing. Previous technicians had not used this tool to my knowledge and I'm disappointed now that they didn't offer it to me. I think that the $10 charge for "gas" is somewhat disingenuous, as it does not appear on the coupons I have looked at, and no one mentioned this charge until after the fact.
There are no gimmicks or upsell. Great job by Ron!!!! Our carpet looks great and our pets are fine.
A lack if customer service on the scheduling department was a serious issue. I was guaranteed a call/email informing me of a three hour window for arrival. The cleaner (who did a wonderful job, and was by no means at fault) called from my front door. I was not home and had to leave unscheduled from a meeting to let him in. I then had to hurriedly go through my house to remove furniture. This put him behind schedule, and flustered me greatly.
The set-up call was confusing, could not guarantee any times, and hung up on me while I was asking questions. I then received an email which was also confusing. Never again.
I appreciate the very high quality of the work that as done in cleaning the carpet, upholstery and the air ducts in our home. I was ver impressed with the level of knowledge & experience the technician had as well as the high level of custome service he provided. I am encourage by he fact that Zerorez is a Christian company that prays together & it shows! I will be recommending Zerorez to all my friends & family!
